Zafiro Mallorca & Spa

We stayed at Zafiro Mallorca from 4-11 May and had a great time. We really liked the ambience of the hotel. It is big and has a lot of facilities, which are all good, but it is not too big. Also, and maybe this was because of the season, there were no guests reserving sunbeds at the swimming pool, or taking plates full at the buffet while not eating it. The hotel has a bit of a cosy and personal touch. The staff is majorly friendly and helpful, without exceptions. Our two boys of 9 and 5 years old had great fun in the swimming pool. Although the water was a bit cold early May, they could not be bothered with that. The food and choice at the breakfast and diner buffet were good and all was tasteful. Also the bistro at the swimming pool served good lunches and we considered the prices acceptable. We had a swim-up room. The room was clean and housekeeping came 5 times a week to clean. The bathroom and kitchenette were a bit old dated, but they were clean and actually gave a bit of a Spanish touch. We have been to quite some luxurious and fancy 5 star hotels, but for us Zafiro Mallorca can definitely compete with these, mainly for the ambience. We would recommend this hotel and if we go back to Mallorca, we will book with Zafiro Mallorca again!

It was great! ..We were delighted with the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The central gardens were lush and well landscaped. The pools were really nice. Same with the pool bar, and the buffet had a brilliant selection of food. We had a ground floor apar**ent with private garden, which had a hammock and loungers. Great experience all round.

Save yourself the trouble compairing all hotel options in you are traveling with a young family to Mallorca. Book a Zafiro hotel within your liking. Price vs. quality is good. Staff makes the difference!

Very hard working, friendly and helpfull staff. We had two connecting rooms with private pools, which was great. The beach and centre is a 5 -＞ 10 min walk and easy to find. The entertainment for the Kids was very great! You can tell they all did there best for the guests.

Had a great time with the family! Hotel has Lots of variation in swimming pools, entertainment and good food. Friendly people who are ready when you need it!

Excellent stay. The rooms were lovely and spacious, the staff were all very friendly and it was very clean throughout the buildings. The food, whilst it was lovely, was always only warm.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great location too. Only couple of minus points issue with toilet which did not get rectified during our stay. Although there was a Spa area you couldn’t use it as nothing apart from sauna was operating. It is very family orientated
