A big resort in Campinas. But surprised it's luxury as the rooms are tired and nothing special. In fact our back door could not even be locked! The food is all ok and buffet style . Nice pool and small gym

I attended a commercial convention at the Hotel, where I stayed for one day. The hotel has serious internet problems in the convention areas, also the access they provide for people who are attending conventions is free for 30 minutes only. They do this and want to extort people by selling internet access at a price of gold. Therefore, if you need to use internet access when at a convention, you will have serious problems with Royal Palm Plaza. Too expensive for what it offers.

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights. The grounds and pools were beautiful. The service was great. The food was average. The room was lacking unfortunately. We stayed in one of the regular rooms with a king bed. The mattress was hard and not comfortable. The room was decent sized but the bathroom was SO tiny. You could barely open the door without hitting the toilet. Definitely not room for 2 in there. The rooms are in need of some repairs/updating (paint scratched in some areas and peeling in bathroom, chipped tile, moldy grout in shower and bathroom door water damaged (wood cracked/chipped, paint peeling).

The price is incredibly high and for that you got an old room, with stincking bathroom, a too soft bed and the noise of the highway. The food, that used to be good, it was, to be kind, average. Went for a convention but not going to comit same mistake again. Never more.

Decidi colocar minha avaliação sobre o espaço para eventos do hotel. Traz excelentes shows, acompanha os calendários das grandes capitais e é um bom espaço, desde que sua mesa seja na frente, pois não tem possui a necessária elevação de piso pra quem senta atrás, é tudo plano, o que prejudica demais a visão do palco nas últimas mesas. Um grande defeito pra mim é que a única opção de cerveja é a Black Princess, de qualidade e sabor pra lá de duvidodos (20 reais a lata). A comida tbém não é boa, e muito cara, as porções são minúsculas e já chegam a mesa meio murchas e mornas (o molhinho de gorgonzola que acompanha o croquete salva um pouco). Tirando esses probleminhas, é bem razoável, banheiros ótimos e bem próximos, acesso tranquilo. Ponto alto são os atendentes de mesa, muito prestativos. Servem a noite toda, o que por um lado é bom, mas por outro pode tumultuar um pouco a visão. Não sei se eu voltaria, mas apenas por conta da cerveja: imbebível mesmo !!

A recreação do hotel é um dos pontos fortes. Arena Caco, castelo, katakuca e os recreadores são ótimos. Na programação para adultos participamos de uma degustação de vinhos, campeonato de caipirinha e jantar italiano em um casarão lindo. O quarto é muito confortável. Toalha, roupão e chinelos fofinhos, amenidades da Trousseau (ai que delícia) e edredom daqueles pesados que garantem uma noite de sono tranquila. Se tem algo para ser melhorado, é o espaço para refeições onde hóspedes em férias e em trajes de banho transitam entre convidado de terno e roupa social, devido aos muitos eventos empresariais realizados no local. Isso, além de constranger, acaba com o clima de férias nos remetendo ao ambiente empresarial do qual estamos propositalmente distantes. Deixo como dica, a ativação. Se puder deixar a sua reserva para os meses em que a ativação acontece, será muito proveitoso com sessões de yoga no heliponto, pilates e muitos mais. Foi a primeira vez que a minha filha chorou na hora de deixar um hotel. Eu gostei muito e pretendo voltar!

Colchão e piscina, ótimos. A funcionária do bar da piscina (Shimene) foi eficiente num dia bte cheio.No meu 1o jantar, um fio de cabelo na carne. Nada de especial na comida (buffet). Variedade limitada. Serviço ruim. Parecia que estavam em soft opening.

Do ponto de vista físico, das instalações, não há o que reclamar. Perfeito Do ponto de vista humano, todos os profissionais são excepcionalmente atenciosos, educados, prestativos e simpáticos. Deixo aqui um abraço pro Sr. Gonçalo do café da manhã...como todos, muito gentil. Como nada é perfeito, deixo apenas uma queixa: o wi-fi no quarto 2029 (Orquídea) é ruim.

Apesar da reforma da piscina maior, as outras piscinas atenderam e a semana foi excelente. Para crianças, é fantástico (estrutura e equipes de recreação). Restaurante bom, com boa variedade e qualidade. Sentimos falta apenas de shows noturnos diários (no sábado teve um show no Bar Pessoa, muito bom!). Voltaremos com certeza!
