I cannot fault this hotel. Everything about it was exceptional. The service, the cleanliness, the comfort, the friendliness of the staff, the location, the parking facility, the food, everything. This is an absolute gem.

What a gem! Old building exquisitely restored to be modern whilst preserving the old stonework and converting the old underground shelter into an airy, fresh restaurant/breakfast room. Super-clean, elegantly designed and tastefully furnished/equipped. All staff extremely efficient and friendly. Receptionist even escorted us to the parking in a nearby building. Very nice breakfast. Good bedroom sound system driven from my iPhone via Bluetooth.

Vaya espectáculo de hotel !!!! Vaya máquina de hacer clientes de la recepcionista !!! Se le salía la simpatía de tanta que tenía !!! Bueno, quedamos alucinados de la amabilidad conque nos trata esta joven… Total….mi intención era ir al restaurante y la joven nos recibe en la puerta y nos deja entrar…. Tela marinera !!! Qué preciosidad de entrada/hall….una biblioteca con un aparador de ensueño… Estamos muy agradecidos de cómo nos ha tratado aún diciéndonos que el restaurante estaba cerrado por vacaciones … Inmediatamente después sorpresa cuando nos enseña el restaurante que contiene un pasadizo con historia !!! Nuestra intención de ir a comer al Refugio sirvió para conocer este maravilloso Hotel . MUCHISIMAS GRACIAS Yo iré al hotel … Un abrazo

Excelente en todos los aspectos , edificio , habitaciones , higiene , restauración y párking. Ubicación inmejorable. Los empleados muy atentos y predispuestos. La rehabilitación del inmueble ha sido muy bien trabajada. En suma , impecable.

Hotel precioso, acogedor, servicio impecable. Un buenísimo recuerdo. No dejen de visitar Andújar y de hospedarse en este hotel. Y tambien tiene un muy buen restaurante: "El Refugio", genial. Precios muy normales y además está supercentrico

Pasamos una noche en el hotel, ya que ibamos de paso, el hotel es precioso , está en el centro de Andujar, dispone de parquing (10€), el trato fué inmejorable por parte de Pilar ( recepción), la habitación preciosa, toda en perfecto estado y super limpia, con unas toallas que no me habia encontrado nunca en un hotel con esa calidad. El hotel es una antigua casa dispone de 15 habitaciones, todo restaurado , el desayuno con todo lo necesario y calidad , en una especie de bodega muy acogedora, en la que hay un antiguo refugio. Lástima de solo haber estado una noche ya que el hotel merece más y la ciudad tambien, visitamos sus calles y la parte antigua y nos encantó

Un lugar no previsto y un gran acierto para nosotros, habitación redecorada con estilo y cariño, lugar increíble y personal amabilísimo ; buscaremos la manera de volver a este increíble hotel , nos gustó TODO!!! Y la habitación era excelente !!!

Bufete de desayuno muy pobre. Faltaría más variedad de frutas fiambres bollería. Y platos calientes que no se ofrece ni siquiera huevos pasados por agua tortilla francesa o revueltos Menú degustación excelente

El hotel es precioso, cómodo acogedor… El personal muy profesional y atento, todos ellos. El restaurante increíble. Especial mención a Ángel ,el sumiller, con quien tuvimos el placer de charlar un rato. La estancia de un solo día, el pasado sábado, se nos quedó muy corta, tenemos que volver. Dar la enhorabuena al Sr. Crespo y su familia por la apuesta tan valiente, la restauración de calidad.
