Banging above, nobody at reception to attend, no phone in the room to chase it up, only an email, which I received no reply from. Didn't get a single bit of sleep. Banging from 9pm all up until 5:00am in the morning, I have time stamps on my emails too. I sent 3 of them.

The hotel is very modern and close to willen lake, but was massively disappointed on arrival as they would've given us a free upgrade but was full. However the atmosphere was lovely and the staff here are very helpful too. Well equipped with 2 vending machines and lifts.

Our room was luxury and the room was clean we was greeted with after 8 mints which was lovely myself and my husband came here feb 14th 2025 The only thing that was dispointment was bed dipped in the middle and it was 2 singles to look like a queen😤

Great value for money. The room was clean and functional. Great beds - had an amazing sleep. Temperature control - no issues. Location is very pleasant - quiet, surrounded by park and next to the lakes. I don’t have high expectations because of the price, but the stay was a very pleasing experience .

Good overall. New building is a bit sterile but is very clean, as are the rooms. The only thing that annoyed me a bit is having to pay for parking. There is a significant discount for guests, but really it ought to be free. Advertising one price, and then sneaking in hidden extras is not a great look.

The plug in the bath got stuck so we couldn't drain it until a man from reception used some pliers. Apparently this is a common problem with the replacement plugs. Also the toilet seat fixing was broken which could have caused a fall. Someone in the room above was running around for ages, with thundering footsteps on our ceiling early in the morning. The staff were friendly and the food was good but they completely messed up our order and the tables were sticky. Lots of menu options were unavailable. The allergy info isn't presented in a quick to read grid format, like most so that was time consuming.

Kerry cleaned the room very well, the only thing I would note is the shower heads need descaling and the dans in the bathroom need cleaning, maybe an over sight. The staff on the front desk are always lovely as ever and helpful! Can’t fault this hotel to much!

I spent a night here with my 4 year old daughter and had a pleasant stay. Upon arriving there is a clear sign at the parking meter telling you to check in first at hotel for a discount code which brought the parking down to £4 for 24hr. Check in simple. Foyer and corridors clean. Staff friendly. We stayed in a standard room, it was clean with comfy beds but did show signs of wear and tear but that’s expected for the price. Quiet evening (week day). Breakfast no trouble in the morning, seated straight away and a good variety of food.
