Hotel Premiere

本来,35EURで泊まれる宿ではないと泊まっている時に思うほどお得感があった。設備は綺麗で行き届いている。タオルやシーツもいい。朝食も色々選べていい。駐車場はゲートありでナポリでも安心して置いていられる。二日目には少し粗も見えたけれど,コスパは非常に良い宿だった。

Lovely hotel with really friendly helpful staff . Nice and clean and a great breakfast to start the day. Great pool and pool side bar to relax around. Only thing I really missed was no balcony to our room . The area around hotel was mixed some nice walkable restaurants and a few shops. However the area was run down and messy with litter and graffiti and abandoned properties. If you visit the city of Naples it's a similar vibe to there. To get to Naples required a cab to nearest train station about 30 euros , 6 of us. Train from Licola station to city was about a hour..again this station and surroundings look like a 3rd world country . However we never felt in danger and everyone is so friendly.

As a Canadians we usually never complain but this was far to avoid to complain, First of all comparing with the hotel we went previously same stars (4) ( HotelBest Western Art deco )we are shocked with this hotel (Premiere) in Giugliano in Campania, very bad experience the hotel doesn’t deserve even a single star , we came early from Rome after an extenuating trip and the staff said our checking was at 3 pm, they asked our passport to get ready the room and we complied and we went to eat at the restaurant La lune di miele ( so good) when we came back our room wasn’t ready , they booked to another customer and we waste around 2 hours waiting for the room , the explanation was so vague because we were right about the room , when get in into the room the experience was even worse there weren’t 2 twin bed be used the room was for marry couples and we are a family of 4, my son couldn’t fit into the sofa ,the bed for them weren’t twin just single , I requested to change the sofa , and an employer came with the frame putting me in a bad situation because the person made the bed in front of me when the lady to tackle care of that wasn’t here, the room look likes a hospital room ( don’t get me wrong ) I am not against of hospital room but came to have a good vacation from Canada otherwise we would go to Spain,the AC didn’t work and i have to request a fan which was a small one , is like a sauna in the room, floor dirty and washroom smell with pee, nothing with a good smell like 4 stars hotels, the staff didn’t want to give me a managers phone to request a change of room , I booked the hotel a year ago, we are like Tuna can fish in the room, my family doesn’t want to take a shower because the bad smell, the Ac works better in the lobby so my and i e is if you want cool air go downstairs and don’t get in until you go sleep. The pool we couldn’t use because it says that close @6 pm but people were swimming .the lights are bad, so my recommendation if you want to SUFFER come to this hotel and the experience that you never have, otherwise go to a different hotel.

The reception staff were absolutely lovely even though they tried to avoid taking one of us on the shuttle bus 🤣. I am sure we have entertained each other over the last 10 days! Housekeeping were very friendly and did a good job of the rooms. Shuttle service was really useful getting to and from the train station. All staff were very helpful and very welcoming. Bad bits - lots of ants around the pool, breakfast could do with some more choices of fruit, cheese and meats otherwise a lovely stay.

We visited in August '23 for a week on the half board basis and had nothing but the best experience. The staff are exceptionally helpful and accommodated our various needs from leaving meals in our room when we were missing the dinner, researched routes and transport for us to visit Pompei and Ischia, and advised us on night life venues. The cleaning staff are doing an exceptional job! We had crisp-clean towels and linen every day. There was no speck of dust in the room and we found our stuff tidied every day. The bathroom was squeaky clean, the swimming pool looked-after. A special shout out must go for Mattia, Pasqualo and Chinzia for their personal touch, helpfulness and professionalism. There is absolutely nothing about the hotel that prompts an EBI hence five stars is fitting. We found that going half board was a good deal although most guests choose to eat dinners out. Ours consisted of a generous starter, the main and a drink. The a' la carte menu included a fairly comprehensive menu cooked to order. Lot's of sea food which was ideal for two red meat non-eaters. We arrived later than planned due to flight delays so had to pay more than agreed price for transfer. We were not given a family room, in fact we only had the double bed so had to ask for a camp bed so we stayed cramped in that room for a week. There is not a lot to do in the local area. The selection of restaurants in walking distance is limited. The pool and solarium shuts at 6 so there is no option to sunbathe or just relax after that time. Tha balcony to the room is tiny. You would really need to hire a car although it's quite unclear that is the case in the write up. There is a free shuttle available between 8.30 and 5 from the hotel to the local train station then its approx 40 min train ride and a further metro ride into the central station. It was a 5 hour round trip to pompeii. The staff were kind but spoke very limited English so were only able to provide limited assistance. Breakfast was OK, a fairly good selection of cakes and bread.
