Room was comfortable after a day of sightseeing. However, the TV didn't work (system was down). Bed not as comfortable as other Hamptons. Breakfast area was spacious. Typical free breakfast fare. Applebee's and ice cream shop within walking distance.

Comfortable bed. Room was clean, although the walk-in shower could have used a little more attention. The breakfast was typical Hampton Inn fare. The fire alarm went off at about 4 or 5 in the morning. It would have been nice to have had a little more information from hotel management as we stood around outside for 20 minutes. Or even the next morning, since we were staying another night.

Rundown and in desperate need of updating Overpriced and not even close to the Hilton standards we are accustomed to experiencing. I would urge everyone to spend their money elsewhere. Hotels overall have not reduced prices since the pandemic and all of us are paying the price. This property is a complete reflection of that!

We stayed here first week in August. The staff was great, breakfast was hot with variety. The room was clean and if we needed anything staff was quick to respond. Location if this hotel is perfect. Six minutes to Marina. Dorman ice cream across the street. If you forget or need anything there is a Walmart across the street. Applebee's and movie theater next door.

I stayed at this property June 30 for one night. When I checked in front desk agent didn't mention anything about breakfast that included with my stay. I had to ask for bottle of water as well. I talked to about this issue with front desk manager ,Aubrie. She just apologized about it stating that it was written back of my key pad. I missed my breakfast opportunity because front desk agent's sloppiness. Guest elevator is filthy. Dirty stains all over the floor carpet. Not a good impression.

So we have stayed here at least once in the past. This time though not busy they stuck us in a second floor front room directly over main entry. So bothersome road noise and with window open quest chatter . Ask for a rear room! The barh room was dingy and vanity finish worn through and flaking . Worse ,the floor in bath reveals sever flood problems. It was cracked on grout seams ,tiles were uneven and a 1/2 settling ridge! The beds are actually down at least an inch at the head because of the floor being out!. BTW I'm a retired building contractor. I had to sleep with my head at foot of the bed! We had hoped to take a swim in the pool but the chlorine management must simply be to keep adding more everyday. It was hard to breath in the pool area. I can't remember ever writing a hotel review but I felt compeled to write this one. $150 at night in March was a good deal for them but a poor deal for us.

I had a reservation made 5 months in advance. On the day of the booking, I show up at 16:00h and the front desk tells me that they cancelled my reservation at 14:00h because they tried charging my credit card and couldn’t do it. They didn’t warn me in advance, despite having my email and phone on the file. They didn’t offer me an alternative booking as the hotel was full and my reservation had been given to another guest. My credit cards were all working fine. This is a deplorable way of treating a long stranding Hilton customer.

A great spot to stay for exploring Camden, Rockland, and the surrounding area. The hotel was quiet for a hotel, even on the weekend. Dog friendly-thank you. The best part? There is an ice cream shop across the street and an Applebee’s next door for a quick meal. The only negative was that the pool was closed for repairs in August with a sign indicating it was closed indefinitely. If a pool is a must for you, maybe check with the hotel before booking.
