The Belmont Inn

What a gem this B&B was! My husband and I visited Camden from DC for our friends' birthday weekend, our first weekend away after our second born arrived and Belmont Inn owner Kim helped make it a carefree, relaxing weekend. The Inn is beautifully appointed - as a rookie blue and white china collector myself, Kim's collection dazzled! Shout out to the [communal] mini fridge and ice maker in the hallway. As a breastfeeding mom, those two things helped me to store my milk comfortably. Breakfast was lovely - in addition to daily fresh fruit we enjoyed ginger scones, blueberry lemon bread, a sausage biscuit breakfast casserole and waffles with Maine blueberry compote (!) all served by friendly Catalina. AND perhaps one of its best features, the Inn is in walking distance to the delicious Cafe Louis Costa Media, Camden harbor, and all Camden has to offer. We are total B&B novices, having only stayed at one other B&B before and generally opting for hotels on the nicer end, but this experience left us feeling encouraged to seek them out more often. Thank you Kim, Catalina and the beautiful Belmont Inn!

The Belmont Inn is a Camden treasure. The historic home is beautifully maintained, with charming rooms, peaceful gardens, and a perfect location just steps from downtown. Breakfast is a highlight—fresh, delicious, and clearly made with care. Kim, the innkeeper, is truly exceptional—warm, gracious, and incredibly accommodating. She takes the time to get to know her guests, offers thoughtful local tips, and makes you feel like you’re at home. I left feeling refreshed and cared for, and I’m already looking forward to returning.

Inn keeper Kim is a gracious host providing unique breakfast fare and helpful advice on things to see & do. This is our fourth escape from much hoter Georgia weather. No disappointments, just good memories of one of our favorite Maine towns.

I wish we could have stayed longer. This house is so sweet, relaxing and just an all around gem. Kim was a wonderful host and breakfast was a-mazing. It was our first stay at a B&B and it was absolutely perfect! Thank you so much for a great time!

My first experience in a bed and breakfast. Kim was very welcoming and made my experience something I will never forget. My daughter and I made very special memories at the Inn and around Camden. I highly recommend staying in her beautiful home.
