The parking situation is a mess. Having to pay to walk a few blocks in the freezing cold is a bit much. A bunch of tv channels weren’t working. Lovely building and staff but they’ve got to figure out the parking and tv service

Great little gem. Love the atmosphere and the rooms are great. Ours had a fireplace. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave great recommendations for the area unprovoked. The facility was super charming. My wife thought it was the most comfortable hotel bed she's ever slept on. The views of the harbor in the morning were amazing too.

The location in Camden is very convenient. Denise at the front is friendly, efficient and effusive. The remote parking lot and requirement to borrow the keycard for access is a minor inconvenience.

Lovely place to stay. Bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets were the softest I have ever found in any hotel ever. Breakfast was especially good. Staff are very friendly.

Excellent, wonderful friendly staff, very quaint and charming place to stay in Camden and we would stay again. The only negative was we had a corner room upstairs with balcony which was very very lovely but very noisy early in the morning and throughout the day. Lord Camden can do nothing to change this aspect and we would definitely stay again but perhaps find a quieter room.

The rooms were clean and comfortable with housekeeping done daily. The breakfast was very good and was a good start to your day

Parking was a problem. Had to scramble into a small temporary space to unload luggage. No assistance provided. Not worth the cost of the room.

The room was very nice & comfortable. The staff we interacted with were very polite & helpful. We enjoyed a hot breakfast after starting our morning with good coffee in our room. The only thing we did not like was having to park down the street but I understand there is limited space on site.

Just a perfect location in downtown Camden. Our room was very comfortable and the hotel is quiet and welcoming. Nice that breakfast is included too.

We were charged an additional fee for parking and a delayed check in upon arrival because we booked with *******. Will be more careful using ******* in the future!

Exceeded our expectations! Great property! And customer service...? I was blown away when a guest checking in at 9:00pm asked the woman at the front desk about nearby dining options. The guest was told that most options nearby were closing after 9:00pm....and she offered the guest her very own car to drive to other options a half mile away. What!? Mind blown!!!
