Helpful staff as we find our room is very noisy with the air-conditioner, he came to our room very soon. Good breakfast and refill very fast, comfortable and quiet room with good sleep.

The staff are very nice and helpful. Location is good There are some supermarkets nearby. The cleaning can be improved. The bed is dirty and dusty.

位置偏離市中心，出入景點不方便，但仍可步行到達。鄰近各大型超市、家品店，非常適合購物；附近有少量餐廳，整體還是不錯！

分配給我們的是一間殘疾人用房，所以非常寬敞。但衞生間的通氣扇是壞的，找人來修也沒修好，所以房間味道很大，這點不滿意。位置還算方便，早餐也不錯。

很乾凈。而且酒店晚餐的menu很棒，便宜又好吃。推薦。雖然自動販賣機的沒水了，仍然是不錯的選擇。工作人員也很nice，是在附近出差不錯的選擇

非常乾淨、安靜、安全！

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay, staff were brilliant - couldn't do enough for us, really friendly and accommodating. The manager was super efficient and one staff member said she was a brilliant boss...which is always a good sign. Breakfast/dinner was great value and good quality. I'm vegan and I had a choice of 3 evening meals, plus vegan sausages/bacon for breakfast. Parther wanted to take the breakfast cook home and i dont blame him. Partner said steak was great, better than he's eaten in several restaurants. Their new cocktail range is also really good....a bit too good actually. Room was very clean, bed very comfy for my bad back. Only downside was no Netflix access on tv and volume doesn't go as loud as we like - although that would be a plus for others. Couldn't hear any of the other guests in their rooms. We are naturally noisy and stay up very late, and at one point a staff member doing the late night rounds asked us to keep the noise down. Reminder appreciated and respected. I blame it on the those cocktails!

This hotel was absolutely amazing, clean rooms, prompt parking and friendly staff, however what stood out to me was Anjum the manager on shift, my self and my husband was amazed on how much passion he has for his job, weather he was doing restaurant or in reception his graceful attitude just made things so much more pleasant. On this day we had dinner at the thyme restaurant, Anjum’s service was absolutely top class something you wouldn’t expect from a budget friendly hotel.

Fantastic service from Anthony "Tony" at the Newmarket Road Premier Inn. He could not do enough to make our one night stay a great success. Room was clean and tidy with a comfy and spacious bed. Breakfast was also plentiful and set us up for day two. Thanks Premier Inn and Tony.

The hotel was very clean and the food was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful particularly Anjun, Feruz and Falah who couldn’t do enough for our party and made us feel very welcome. Parking is onsite and the rooms were upto the Premier inns high standards. It helped make a lovely short break even better.

Lot of available parking, with Cambridge centre about a twenty min walk so ok location. Comfy bed and very good breakfast, standard WiFi has the usual poor speed expected at premier inns but Anjum on reception was very polite and friendly and sorted me out the ultimate WiFi .

Excellent atmosphere of efficiency snd pride in work pervading. Manager. Waiting on staff. Breakfast replenishing girl, room cleaners.. very nicely cooked and well presented breakfast buffet. Clean crockery. (UNLIKE HAYLE CORNWALL breakfast and crockèry)

In arrival the man in reception would not engage with me only with my husband even though the room was booked under my name, with no direction we went on the hunt for our room to find the door open and the cleaner still inside dressing the room, we had to stand in the corridor while a flustered cleaner rushed through 15 mins later we get in leaving us little time to get ready for our show we checked in at 16.15. Check in was from 15.00
