Definitely not 4 star. We agree with the previous comments. Not enough staff. Mediocre food. Not enough lifts. Not enough regard for those with mobility problems though states this as offered. Positive constructive comments were given whilst there without any response from Tui or hotel. The shower over the half bath means showering very difficult and possibly a health hazard. Ragged towels, minimal shower/hand gels which were impossible to squeeze out of dispensers and gave no lather whatsoever. Queueing for everything at busy times the norm. Drinks all local but poor quality. Staff obviously too stressed to be pleasant. (There were exceptions). Great location. Very clean. Beds very comfortable. We would never go to a Gonzales group hotel again.

Hotel was kept very clean, lovely views from room and pool area. Room was lovely, modern and a good size. Very central to shops, bars , restaurants and evening entertainment. Unfortunately was disappointed with the quality of the food, poor quality and of little taste. We ate out three evenings just to have a half decent meal. The spirits were of poor quality, we ended up buying a few just to have a decent drink or we would have a walk out, lovely bar just over the road was one amongst many within walking distance. I think I had food poisoning after becoming sick one night and spent a day in bed, little compassion from the rep when attempted to get money back for a trip booked was not able to go on because of illness. Would not stay again, had a good time except for being unwell ,but much better hotels have stayed in in Majorca for quality of food and drinks.

After reading the reviews for this hotel we didn’t have very high expectations but how wrong were we, from our arrival, 10 minutes before the restaurant closed, the receptionist (I think her name was Sveta) made sure we were able to eat. The food was amazing with so much choice. The rooms were spotless and the bed very comfortable. The location of the hotel is very good. The staff from the cleaning lady to the waiting staff to Louisa in the spa (who did an amazing manicure) went above and beyond and everyone was polite and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you to everyone who made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable.

We have just returned from staying at the Glabales Santa Lucia for a week, and we had such a lovely time. The hotel is in such a beautiful location with stunning sea views with lovely beaches and the location is close to lots of shops, Restaurants, hair dressers, salons, and lots more. The bus stop is only a walk away, and you can get busses to Magaluff, Santa Ponsa, and other popular places. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the food was amazing. The rooms are a good size and spotlessly clean as they are cleaned every day. We went all-inclusive and the restaurant is spotless and the waitresses and waiters are always on hand to clear your table and offer help if needed. The food was absolutely beautiful, you can choose from the self serve counters where there is so much selection of fresh food hot or cold. The chefs also cook amazing dishes to choose from and there is red, white and rose wine available on tap aswel as lager, fruit juices or water. The snack bar meals are always on hand and the chef will cook you anything off the all-inclusive menu and theyare also delicious. The nightly entertainment and the Animation Team are so much fun and there is entertainment nightly on until 11pm and the bar closes at 12am every night. There are lots of board games to play like dominoes, cards and board games. There are also games throughout the day with the Animation team. We had a 5th floor room with a balcony and the views were absolutely amazing and panoramic. We would like to thank all of the staff at the Globlaes Santa Lucia for making our holiday one to remember and we will definitely be recommending it to our friends and family and also be returning in the near future for another amazing holiday.

Don't bother with VIP, we ended up paying a lot of money for a rubbish room overlooking the car park and a busy road, on a top floor with a useless lift. The other couple we came with have a superior room overlooking the pools and didn't pay any extra. When we queried the room, we were told that you don't get a better room with VIP. What a con. This was our 2nd visit here (unusual for us to visit somewhere twice) but we won't be back. Aa far as I can tell with VIP is that the sunbeds are comfier. NOT WORTH THE MONEY

The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff very helpful. The sea views are stunning but two major drawbacks prevent this hotel being anything but only three star. The beds are hard and it is difficult to sleep. Despite there being a warning not to leave towels on sunbeds to reserve them because there is a shortage of sunbeds with matresses guests queue at a rediculous hour and then rampage to get a bed. When we challenged desk staff the answer was that the mattresses were in order. Despite a two week stay we did not see any more matresses for loungers. Food was adequate but not four star or very exciting.
