Just back from a lovely week here we found it very relaxing. The location is fabulous with great views and we found the hotel very clean . We had no problems getting sunbeds and found the majority of the staff friendly. The older barman in the cavebar was very jovial and gave an excellent service. The restaurant did get quite busy at times but the food choice was excellent at all meals so much to chose from food wise. We were all inclusive and for what we paid we had no complaints at all as regards the drinks included although we though all cocktails could have been included. We would love to return to this lovely hotel.

Bad experience from start to finish. When checking in all you receive is a tiny piece of paper telling you times of the bar opening. No other information. We had a room on the 10th floor, room was as clean and view was lovely. The VIP area was ok apart from the small pool which was difficult to get out of and had damaged tiles around the edge. We enquired about using the room safe, and was told “didn’t you get a key when you checked in” no we didn’t! The cost was €45 cash! They would give you €10 back! I can’t remember the last time I had paid to use a room safe, so that was a big no! We went to the bar to buy a drink as we were HB only to be told is a cashless hotel! I blame TUI for not staying this on the hotel description. Luckily we had a card with us. Why couldn’t the hotel let us charge the drinks to our room? The restaurant we had to avoid, it was dreadful, breakfast was ok if you could find a hot plate. The queues were madness! It felt like a school canteen, everyone queuing for the same thing, so time you got back to your seat your food was cold, extremely disappointing for a 4star hotel. The wine in the restaurant was dreadful. We found a lovely beach bar and went there most days to eat and drink. When checking out the two ladies on reception didn’t even look up from their computer screen, just said put the room key there! So I would not recommend this hotel at all!

Amazing time here. Hotel very clean and modern. Reception staff very polite and helpful. Rooms very comfy, lacking a little wardrobe space, maybe a draw or two would of been handy. Beautiful views from our room out to sea. Due to location of the room couldn't see the beach. Food great, no complaints there. Staff there amazing. We didn't spend much time at the main pool as had the VIP one. Beautiful up there, quiet and our bar attender, Bi Bi, was amazing, always greeted you with a wonderful smile and very helpful. The VIP pool could of been a little bigger when busy, but was great for a cool off. One major problem with it though was getting in and out. Even though it had steps, it didn't have a hand rail. This would be extremely useful. Great to have the choice pool and sea, just a jump off the side into the sea. Lots of places to chill in the evening. Shame they didn't have any entertainment in cave but I believe this is due to not having an outside entertainment license. Location of hotel, quiet area, a couple of supermarkets and bars/restaurants. Popped to the beach bar for one or two a couple of times but as we were all inclusive wasn't a problem. Plenty close enough for a day out and bus is so easy if you do fancy a change of scenery. Overall, already booked next year's holiday here.

Our first visit was 2022 -This review covers two stays in September 23 and 24. However, Just to say we have booked again for September 2025. There are not as many staff, its very obvious as queues for bars and in the restaurant tables not being cleared so people are stood waiting. This isn't a comment against the staff they are doing their absolute best. In 2024, we ended up clearing tables ourselves to enable us to sit and eat. Although the Animation team are good, they are not doing the aqua aerobics in the pool each morning. 2022-23 Ravi was leading the team, but 2024 he was in a different position and the daytime entertainment was very repetative, same water game everyday. The evening entertainment is just shocking and each year it gets worse. We don't worry too much as we like to go out a few evenings and this hotel is all about the day/pool scene. But seriously, there has to some singers on the island that dont just sing balads or slow boring music in the pool bar. People who want the slower pace have the cave bar or piano bar........ come on pool bar we want to be entertained. Food - tbh we eat perfectly well, its all inclusive and a very good example of one. TUI rep, well whats the point of that, no help whatsoever, just log everything on the app and they will get back to you sometime this millenium. Room - now this is where our big problem was in 2023 I asked for a room near the lifts due to disability. We were given right over the kitchen wash room/entrance technically on the 1st floor (5th but its one of those upside down hotels where reception is on 4th) The room was tiny, noisy 24/7 with deliveries/ kitchen banging and crashing. We also had ants, not once but twice, now the staff did sort it out quickly and changed the bed sheets and cleaned, but refused point blank to move us, even on the second occasion. To resolve this in 2024 we booked the side view room, which was much better, lovely and quiet no ants...... but should you have to pay extra so we arn't kept up all night or full of ants? But we like this room (621) so have paid for it again for 2025. Adding to the noise is the TUI buses, arriving all hours and leaving their engines running for 15-20 minutes, they need to make them turn their engines off. Staff all excellant as usual cant do enough to help you - well other than TUI staff 2023 - 2 people had slips whilst we were there going down the steps to the sea, all they did was put a sunbed there. 2024 - a little chain appeared along with the sunbed. i know peoples reviews are saying the hotel is dirty, but this is not the case. We just had ants because of the position of our room over where the washing up was done, Yes the pool does get a little greasy film on bits from peoples sun tan lotion later in the day, but its harmless. The peace and quiet in the day, the weather, the views, the food so outways the little bits and bobs that are wrong. Roll on September 25.

Enjoyed a 7 day holiday stay Great views of the bay from our 6th floor room I thought the staff were excellent and very hard working The food was good and plentiful with choice although there was some queuing at peak times The all inclusive drinks were limited but found them good I did find the sun bed situation a bit of a bind and was a small negative You had to go down early to get a sun bed especially if you require an umbrella On the whole a very enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to recommend On the whole a very enjoyable stay

This hotel has an amazing location in a small cove with long distance sea views. Our room was quite spacious and the balcony was also fairly large so booking a sea view is worth the money. The bathroom was dated and climbing into the bath for the shower is difficult for older guests of which there were many. The reception area, lounges and the pool area(with plenty of sun-beds) are all well appointed. The choice of food in the restaurant was ok and generally of a good quality but the layout is chaotic, so starters and mains are all chosen by joining one lengthy queue. Frustrating in the extreme and the source of numerous comments! Would we return, possibly, but the restaurant needs a complete reorganisation this winter.
