Appartement qui manque clairement d'objet comme pour la vaiselle ou des poêles, odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain . Une piscine tres peu ouverte .Sinon bien placé avec une vue sympa.

We stayed here a week, we knew what we had booked and didn’t hope for anything special, for the very accessible price, it’s fine. The apartments are ok, they definitely need a little maintenance, there is a strong smell coming out of the shower, and it’s generally a little under-kept and dirty, but nothing that we didn’t already know. The pool is nice, and the staff is very kind.

You get what you pay for. I am just home from a stag do that I organised myself, and even I was beginning to have doubts with all the bad reviews I was reading beforehand. We had a party of 12 with 3 rooms and there were no complaints from anyone, this included 4 older gentlemen who were comfortable enough to spend the four nights happily. You have everything on your doorstep that you need. Brilliant supermarket on site, excellent pool area with very welcoming, kind staff. Perhaps we got lucky with the rooms, but all I can do is speak from experience and I had an absolute blast of a time. Thank You.

Honestly, you pay for what you get. I’m over 60 and was part of a large group on a stag party. Clientele is mainly much younger guys and girls, maybe 18-30. Really noisy but you have to expect that. Pool area was great, Pool bar brilliant and great staff. Rooms very basic with not many facilities, no wifi in the complex. Reception staff were great. Would I go back….not a chance but if you want a cheap stay and you’re younger why not.

Where should I start?.. The doorknob wasn’t there for my whole trip. How lazy and sloppy can you actually be as a hotel to not fix that? Power went out suddenly for a whole night so couldn’t charge my phone. Bathroom was terrible. The faucet didnt work properly, the same for the bathhead. It seems like this hotel had not hired a plumber for centuries. Bathroom (in particular) and kitchen were full of flies. No soap and toilet paper either. The pool was alright. Way too deep if you ask me. Poolbar was probaply the best thing with a variety of beers and beverages

I recently stayed at the Magaluf Playa apartments and their were a few pros and cons to the stay and amenities. The pros of this apartment was the location around a 3/4 min walk to the *****, the pool was a clean and decent size, reception staff were friendly. The cons : firstly the minute we arrived we were made aware the majority of people staying in this apartment block were males and I had booked separately to my friends and was to stay in another apartment block which I was not aware of until I arrived. So when booking call the apartments to put the rooms close together as you have to walk past the pool to get to each block. The rooms had a very basic level of cleaning , it wasn’t dirty but not spotless. The bathroom produced a rotten smell from the drains which filled the apartment with the same smell. What made this worse was the air conditioner did not work , so it was extremely warm in the rooms with a terrible smell. Apart from this the rooms themselves were okay and the kitchenette was equipped fairly. Although I found a contact lens in the kitchen sink and then later one attached to a drinking glass. The lifts were also extremely small you could fit 2/3 people maximum. We did not feel comfortable reporting these issues to the reception as on the information sheet provided, their was a list of charges for broken items or services, it was stated maintenance would be charged €60 per hour. We were worried I would be charged for the checks to the smell and air con, so we did not report this. We also were charged €200 euro deposit on arrival and were told we would receive it at the end of the stay. To mention , the other part of the group were staying in block 2 which was pleasant and spacious, I would opt to stay in that block over block 1.

I stayed here in late April 2024 with a group of friends. This hotel is extremely cheap and a great deal. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and right along the main ***** with a bunch of fun restaurants, bars, and shops. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was just fine, everything worked, and we had a great view. Although there are many bad reviews, do not get scared off. I felt completely safe and secure here, our room was just fine, and the pool is great. Keep in mind because this is a cheap hotel, the beds are a bit uncomfortable and the rooms itself are not pristine. However, for the price, this is an awesome place to stay and is a great location. Mainly younger people aged 18-30 were staying. I am very satisfied with my stay!

Smelly, dirty, no vibe at the pool, no tv for the remote. We came for the weekend and they wanted 200 euro deposit from us. We refused because we knew they wouldn’t give it us back and we only bought 300 for the weekend. Suddenly they just let us in the room without it. We did have to pay the tax but that was just £19. Pool is dingey, I wouldn’t be getting in the pool at all. Normally on these holidays you make friends at the hotel but that’s not the vibe here at all. Hotel stinks of damp to the point it chokes you.
