Globales Nova

The apartment is spacious and well equipped. We took a pool view and even got a nice sea view from the balcony. The TV wasn't working. The cleanliness could be improved, the bathroom was full of hair! The swimming pool is very pleasant. Staff at the reception was nice.

We stayed at these apartments 1st week October 2024( 3 lads sharing 1 apartment)Fantastic only way to describe them, clean, perfect location, 5 minute walk to beach, 10 min walk to magaluff. friendly staff 5 star for 3 star accommodation.. any negative comments will be people being picky

Haven't been to Majorca for over 20 years Royal Apartments Magaluf so eager to see what's changed seem to remember back then that Globales Nova was up there at the top With the best it could and should still be Anyway how I found our stay Stayed Sep 13th one week rooms 328-329 Family break We Had a very pleasant stay found all staff very nice especially the Senorita on reception Pro & Cons The reception area is very nice & welcoming Nice to go down to the pool area & not fight for a sun bed at silly o clock trees could may be cut back a little bit to enable the beautifull view to be appreciated & all so allow the pool to warm up the rooms could really need a update A bit Air Conditioning in 328 there is no way to turn off switch doesn't work so pretty cold at night. Would be nice to have a light on balcony for the evening if staying in I feel the Globales Company are missing a opportunity here The Hotel is a little star that's slightly dimming with a bit of TLC and Updating the position on the seafront could really shine once again . as I say the Staff very nice so to each & everyone of you thank you for a pleasant & relaxing time Would I return Definitely

The one redeeming factor of this hotel is it's proximity to the beach, that's about all it's got going for it. - A hot water pipe burst above us, resulting in severe flooding in our room. Despite hotel staff being aware of the situation, the leak persisted for hours. Initially, we were encouraged to remain in the flooded room, despite expressing concerns for our safety (we have a 9 month old) It was eventually agreed that we should be relocated, but this only occurred around 1 a.m. We were moved to a substantially worse room, and while appreciated we had absolutely no help from the staff in moving. Additionally, the hotel's elevators were too small to accommodate our belongings, resulting in multiple trips, some of which had to be made via the stairs. This left my wife and child in either a flooded room or an exposed corridor. The room we moved to also didn't have a crib, so I had to lug that up four flights of stairs, alone. - We had a self catering option. But this amounted to a hot plate and a microwave. Don't expect an oven. The hotel also don't provide washing up liquid. They do provide a sponge, but it is hidden in a nondescript white bag in one of the drawers. It's almost like they don't want you to clean your pots and pans properly. - The pool seating is awkwardly distant from the pool. You're basically all congregated on a driveway that's a short walk to the pool. - We were given a 'requests' option on booking. One of the options was that it was a special occasion, which it was, our honeymoon. The hotel didn't even acknowledge it was our honeymoon. - The TV was broken and didn't turn on at all. - The daily room cleaning amounts to one of the beds being changed (you know how they push two beds together to make a 'double'? For some reason they only wanted to change my side and not my wife's - make of that what you will) and 50% of your used towles being replaced. Don't expect any actual cleaning to occur. - There was a smoke alarm in the bedroom, which whilst I understand is important for safety - do they need to have the type that flash a bright green light every 5 seconds? Not very helpful for sleeping. - The hotel advertised pool entertainment Mon-Fri 10-6. This is probably just during half term only and at no other time of the year, unless they call a yawning lifeguard scrolling social media 'entertainment'. - The pool is freezing and dirty.

First of all the staff on the desk are excellent and the cleaners . Also you have the life guard called Angel and the girl there is another two life guards that are very serious. Made my son cry as he said if you carry on playing with the ball you will be thrown out of the hotel. It was lost in translation but his delivery was off. The pool bar staff are very friendly too especially Martina. The position of the hotel is good however I have a few things that need to be addressed especially when the cost of the room per night in August is so high. the Ants we never left anything out and I don't except the excuses about having gardens near . Also the pull out bed is not fit for purpose I fell through most nights so and the end of the week slept on the floor. This hotel needs a good renovation to carry on charging the same rate as others in the area or lower the rate. As I said the staff are excellent but are getting let down by the building and fittings.

These apartments for location are fantastic, 3 times we’ve been back here but I think next year we’ll have a change. Unfortunately the overall cost of holidays in Spain ( always been expensive ) have caught the global problem, portions of food have gone down .. prices gone up. The hotel itself is what it is a 3 star hotel nothing special but is kept clean and tidy everyday. The problem for me is cost to stay here for a self catering holiday at a 3 star hotel is eye watering, the location obviously commands the price in my opinion. Make sure if you choose this hotel to get a sea view ( at least 3 floors up ) the views are stunning. Basically I’ve nothing bad to say about the hotel except the price to stay there but unfortunately you go Spain you pay Spanish prices.
