The Mansion is a 3-BR, 2 1/2 Bath, duplex beachfront house on Corcega Beach in Rincon with access to the beach and a beachfront pool. Casa Aguas Azules offers a private upscale Caribbean experience with a classic Mediterranean style. The pool area and beach area are shared with Villa 1 & 1 The house has been exquisitely decorated, taking cues from local Puerto Rican culture and the Caribbean. Local art, antiques, and fine Caribbean furniture make Casa Aguas Azules a unique upscale home. Stunning ocean views and sunsets. A small sandy beach next to the house is inaccessible from the street, so you'll have the beach for yourselves. We have a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart TV, and central air conditioning. However, the house does not have solar power or a generator during a power outage, nor does it have backup water for a water outage.
