Private: large terraced garden, 5'000 m2 with lawn and trees, natural garden, swimming pool (11 x 5 m, depth 90 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and alarm system. Unconventional pool shape. Pool house, terrace, garden furniture. Bumpy motor access (100 m via unmade road). Stepped path (10 steps) to the house. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, bus stop 800 m, railway station "Cannes" 39 km, sandy beach "Mandelieu" 26 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3.5 km. Nearby attractions: Aérodrome de Fayence 6 km. A very nice villa, with lots of space and a great pool. Furnished practically and imaginatively at the same time. We felt very comfortable.

Grosszügig, sauber, funktional.Sehr herzliche Gastgeberin.Leider keine Möglichkeiten, ohne Auto Spaziergänge mit Hund zu unternehmen. Dafür toller total eingezäunter Garten.Sehr zu empfehlen!Danke!
