Hotel MS Chipichape Plus

I have stayed at this hotel twice due to its convenient location near my family. While the staff are generally friendly and caring, there are significant issues. The bathroom has a weak flush and cheap-looking mirrors. The hotel caters more to corporate clients, causing early morning noise from showers and doors WIFI 5th floor weak couldn’t work from here but the worst experience was with housekeeping and the front desk. Despite paying for a late check-out, housekeeping approached me at 6:15pm at the restaurant in front a friend that was visiting me , saying we should have left at 7 PM as the room was book for a next reservation. This was surprising, as I thought the room would be unavailable the next day for disinfection since we were sick. They showed no empathy, even though my husband and I were unwell, and the room hadn’t been cleaned for the last three days during our week-long stay, the room was made up only twice because our fault we were most of the time inside sleeping Given these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel and won’t be returning. The lack of care and inadequate facilities overshadow the positive aspects of the staff.

Não recomendo de maneira alguma!!! A localização em si é boa, perto do centro comercial Chipichape, este é o único ponto positivo. O quarto tem muita claridade, mesmo com a cortina fechada. Acordei todo dia as 05 da manhã, pois entra claridade no quarto e a janela não absorve nenhum ruído extremo, barulho de buzina, carros passando, etc. Chegamos e o wi-fi não estava funcionando, fazem 4 dias que estamos hospedado aqui e ainda não voltou. Acabou a água ontem no período da tarde. Enfim, experiência horrível, gaste um pouco mais e escolha uma outra opção próxima.
