We had been given an accessible room and asked to change. Desk person was very accommodating giving us a suite.

I liked that this motel because it doesn't allow dogs or smoking. i appreciate motels that have these policies.

The staff was friendly. The room was fair, but the vent in the bathroom was coated with a solid film of lint and dust likely causing it to not work properly. The heat/ac unit in the room was littered with debris inside, it was very loud and I tried to turn it off so we could get a full nights sleep, but the off button didn't work and it ran all night and kept us up (we only stopped here to sleep for the night on a long trip home). I mentioned it to the front desk at check out and she brushed it off by telling me how to turn it off (I did that) and offered no compensation...

Excellent customer service, trust worthy! I forgot my coat in the room and staff member called me to let me know the maid service turned it in! My house keys were in the pocket, I was very grateful they called. I would stay again at this hotel very friendly, feel like your home, very welcoming.

After having a rough time with another hotel, at 11:30 at night with a 7 year old, comfort saved the day. The staff was wonderful. Rooms were clean. And the breakfast was awesome. Especially the lady that attended to it. Very satisfied with our stay.

Our stay was fine but our room was not the cleanest. The toilet seat had stains and the bathroom needs updates…a bit run down. The staff at check in and at breakfast area were extremely friendly.

Horrible. Desk wasn't helpful and rude. Couldn't get reservations to work and the attitude of the front desk was bad. Went to the Holiday Inn Express, they had great service.

The staff was pleasantly nice and the hotel was clean. The property was conveniently located near quick grab places such as restaurants, gas stations, and the Dollar General. I want to give a special shout out to Mrs. Shirley. She did her thang with breakfast, especially with the sausage biscuits and gravy. My family was truly grateful for a good breakfast that didn't taste like school breakfast lol.

Good for the price. Bathrooms need a renovation but the room was actually pretty decent and spacious with comfortable beds.
