The accommodation needs updating and needs TLC until they get round to it. It is very clean, staff are friendly and happy to help. where we had fridge and kettle need to have double plug, they was quick and gave me a extension lead to use both together. it a shame bar inside not opened as we had windy nights and we was sat pool bar with patio heaters on which i didnt do. Lovely that in your accommodation you are told about put your towels down around the pool, that they get removed if not being used so no blocking sunbeds. could do with some paperwork for you to keep on your visit on what time you choice for meals and also what time snacks available on the all inclusive. It a lovely touch that you get a towel for you to use at the pool i not been to hotel that gives you them.. Food is good for a 3star only thing would be a problem in higher season is only 1 toaster in dining room. I full enjoyed my stay here. I would stay here again.. YOU ALL SHOULD BE PROUD OF YOURSELF XX I know people have put about road outside but the hotel can not be held responsible for this as it down to council..

Good value for money Staff very hard working and helpful. Drinks in pool bar not the best quality. Good variety of food in restaurant Pool bar food included in all inclusive not good. Apartments decent size and Good location to hotel and pool. Hotel facilities throughout quite dated but decent. Great location really central All in all good holiday. Good value for money .

Very pleasant stay. The complex is a bit tired and the rioms are basic but everything was more than adequate. The pool area is lovely and tidy. The bar area clean and the staff are excellent. Breakfast was nice and the evening meal was nice im fussy but had no issue. We had 4 nights AI for a very reasonable price. Its a you get what you pay for kind of place.....and i would quite happily use again.

Booked a very last minute holiday then saw the reviews and started to panic!! However had a very pleasant stay. Basic rooms that could be doing with being updated. Staff were very friendly and helpful always chatted. Meals we didn’t have an issue with the food and always found something to eat. Dining area was clean and staff worked to clear away plates/tables etc. pool area was very clean and no hogging of beds etc although could imagine in the height of season it could become crowded. All in all a very pleasant stay!!

Wow, can't actually believe the bad reviews, currently sitting on the balcony, thinking what a beautiful place this is, the wireless charging port and USB sockets in the bedroom make it alot easier to charge multiple devices making family charging so much easier Lol , the staff are absolute gems, the shower is super powerful and the food is good ,, we found something we allliked every night, pizza is delicious, no problems catching a sunbed by the pool at any time of day , and there is also a roof terrace ,, pool is cold but they always are,, kids as usual don't mind and thoroughly enjoy it , 8 year old loves the afternoon kids club leaves the 14 year old to chill for a while ,, I wasn't worried about the negative feedback, cause as usual you will find the nit pickers, not enough English channels, (who comes on holiday to watch TV? ‍♀️), pool was cold etc.. I would say to anyone who has booked to come here ,don't worry be happy !.. we did have a very strange noise coming from the wardrobe,but after annoying thr lovely maintenance man having him round for the noise to stop ,, we then recorded it , he listened , just the water pipes, we did laugh alot about this , and it's a memory we will always look back and laugh at , enjoy amigos
