Hotel Ereza Mar - Adults Only

Excellent Service , however be aware that i purchased through trip.com the hotel did try to charge me an extra £100 euros , because the deal i paid for wasn’t the price set by the hotel, however after the Receptionist spoke to the manager , they honoured the price i paid , all in all from start to finish took about 20 mins , the Room with a sea view was absolutely stunning, i thought the room had no electric , however a quick pop to the desk explained that the key card you use to get into the room goes into a slot in the entrance way to turn it on , ( quick suggestion to the hotel maybe explain this when you give out the room cards ) Having stayed in a different hotel previously i didn’t know what to expect , i’m happy to say i will be back , its at least 2/3 minutes walk to the beach , has disabled access which is great , lifts are in the lobby to allow higher floors, they have a chill out zone thats open from 9am which has rooftop jacuzzi’s ,sauna and stunning views over the sea , it also has two pools one inside the complex and another outside, The breakfast while inconvenient at times having to go downstairs to eat, ( they do have room service however at €10 was not something i wanted to pay personally it was a nice touch though ) was plentiful to say the least they had a large variety to cater to everyone . The receptionist were brilliant even with a slight language barrier , some are multilingual in any event , my advice learn some words in Spanish helps a lot ! The Room itself was absolutely spotlessly cleaned , fresh towels and bedding changed daily by the cleaners , with little heart chocolate’s was a nice surprise one slight issue for me unless you want to be woke up at 8/9am with the drinks bar i would fully use the do not disturb sign , The hotel has a massage and therapy i used the 2 hour service and both the husband and wife are an excellent edition to the hotel , they cater to a range of injuries , we even joked that my back was as hard as wood , they worked in tandem and gave one of the best massages i have ever had and i’ve had quite a few over the years. There are quite a few places to eat , however the restaurant which is about 1 minute walk from the hotel has the most amazing staff and the food is great, the prices are reasonable to. Now i know this is an adult only hotel so i was expecting the hotel to be loud in the evenings until the early hours , and while this was at the end of June 2024 i heard little in the way of noise passed 1am. Being the night owl having the sea view and listening to the sound of the waves at 1/2/3 am in the morning is the most peaceful i have felt , thank-you Ezra Mar for the Wonderful Memories. All in all it was an Excellent stay , I Will be back thats for sure , Thanks to all the cleaners and staff at the hotel , what a pleasurable experience.

We are currently at the Ezera Mar, this is our 2nd visit and boy has it gone downhill since last year. The rooms are cleaned very well and the staff are great but i think they are understaffed in the dining room, as the tables are not cleared quick enough, the food is not managed properly, the food has not been good its cold, overcooked, and some has been totally inedible, (last year it was good). To top all this they have started building work so the noise has been appalling. Its a shame we probably won’t return, very disappointed 😞8 th day 2 more to go.

Staff were rude, not friendly or welcoming. Terrible entertainment with no atmosphere throughout the day. Food was awful- we paid all inclusive and ate out everyday due to lack of variety and tasteless meals. Staff moaned when having to do their job such as make us drinks and fill up our water bottles. Absolutely horrendous hotel- only decent thing was the cleaners.

So, this holiday experience has resulted in me losing all hope with Tripadvisor reviews. We’ve been to a few adult only hotels but this is the worst. Let me start by saying my wife and I are in our early 50’s and don’t want parties but this place is like gods waiting room. Never experienced total silence around the pool. Only saw one guy from animation once who was struggling to get anyone interested in partaking in anything. Not one class of any type. Just wish I’d of known it was so dull. The rooms are ok and cleaned every day but the beds aren’t comfortable. The food is very average too. During the day there’s not a single area you can have a drink in a proper glass away from the pool. As an adult only place surely an area could be cordoned off. The evening entertainment room is also like gods waiting room and the acts are a total joke, so bad. Although we were AI after night one we headed out to town every night. Trust me on this and don’t book if you are concerned about my points.

This hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. The team of staff who work there are always on hand to help with anything you need. My partner and I have just returned from a weeks stay and we both feel totally relaxed and happy. The roof terrace with the hot tubs and 4 poster loungers is an absolute must. The view whilst in the hot tub is amazing from up there. The loungers near the infinity pool fill up fast so early morning towels out, is a must if you want another great view whilst topping up your tan. The local chipmunks on the rocks will happily accept any spare nuts you have going and are very friendly. I was a little disappointed that upon arrival we were not offered a welcome drink, despite there being glasses and unopened bottles of Cava out on a table in the reception area. The towels for the pool are €5 deposit each, that is returned when the towels are. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels given. We were in room 214 which did not have a sea view but had a decent size terrace to air out on. The sandy beach is a 20 minute walk away. There are bars and restaurants surrounding it. .
