Broncemar Beach Suites

Excellent accommodation that was an easy walk to all areas of interest. 15 mins max from airport. Our room wasn’t cleaned on the first day but was every day after that. No milk in the room but not an issue as we went to the shop. Would definitely return.

This review is mainly for the entertainment team at Broncemar Beach Suites! Emma, Luigi and Morganna were all amazing and made our disabled son feel right at home, they took him under their wing and engaged with him in all the activities they could, we can’t thank them enough for making his first holiday abroad one to remember! Emma was great with our whole family and is such a warm welcoming face to have around the hotel - we will definitely miss this team

So me and my 11 year old and 6 year old stayed here in may (2024) it was our first ever holiday abroad and i can honestly say I couldnt have chosen a better hotel to stay in! I had previously emailed the hotel to ask if it was possible not to have a pool level room as my 6 year old has adhd and i was petrified she would run into the pool! The hotel said they couldnt promise a higher level room but would leave it on my file.....ilI had a higher lever room on arrival! The rooms are are lush! Extremely clean and quite spacious. The entertainment team were amazing!! Especially Luigi and Emma, they were always getting people involved in games throughout the day, one in particular was luigis magic capet!! The food was tidy, a great selection of fresh cooked food for everyone and always enough to offer. I have also booked to return to Broncemar for my 40th birthday next march with 3 extra guests!!

Well…where to start with this review? I’ll start by saying I’ve genuinely had the best holiday of my entire life (and I’ve experienced a fair few). I and my partner were lucky enough to fall into broncemar’s lap following concerns about our previous hotel. Knowing what I know now I will never book with another hotel again in fuerteventura. The rooms - I was surprised to enter into such a welcoming, modern, comfortable apartment with plenty of space to enjoy. The walk in showers are lovely also and are very spacious. Cleaning services are provided very frequently and we have always come in to a thoroughly clean apartment. Most of all, as someone who doesn’t sleep well, I have consistently felt safe and rested well during my stay. The beds are very comfortable and I have not had a single bad night whilst being here. Due to being all inclusive, we didn’t not use as many of the amenities however the supplies and amenities in the room would easily cater for those who are self catering - we’re even considering doing this next time. The food - food every night was delicious, always hot and there was always something to enjoy. The dining area was always clean and staff worked hard throughout to ensure this was maintained and that the next couple/family/person could sit at a freshly cleaned table. Reception - friendly faces waiting to greet you each time you arrive to the hotel. Extremely helpful and perfectly deliver information regarding the hotel and its layout. The entertainment (evening) - unfortunately we did not get to experience every bit of entertainment but enough to say that it’s one of the best hotels we have stayed at in fuerteventura for this. From quizzes, to karaoke, to Brazilian dancers and magic! As well as a kids mini disco! There was something for all to enjoy! As for what absolutely made our experience - the animation team! As someone who lacks in confidence, I would have never have dreamed of participating in any activities. On our first day, Emma made us feel so welcome and enticed us into joining in the aqua gym. From then on, Emma continued to help me build my confidence and engaged in day to day conversation with me. She made this feel like a tailor made experience. She’s takes the time to get to know you & your families, remembers names and pays attention to small details. Emma also encourages you to build friendships with other holiday makers as part of the activities - we’ve never been so social or made so many friends as we have this time around! Emma gave us the confidence to get closer with the rest of the animation team. In doing so we got to know Adam and Luigi. The three of them would encourage us to try new things and made our holiday the most interesting by far. If it hadn’t have been for Emma however, I would have never found the confidence or thought to play shuffle board, darts, or do the aqua gym. And if it wasn’t for her and Luigi combined I would have never have dreamed of attempting water volleyball or

Wow. I’ve been coming here for 19 years which is my entire life and I can’t express my love for this place. Everything, literally everything from the food, to the friendliest staff I’ve ever met, to the activities, to the music/entertainment - this wonderful hotel never fails to create lifelong memories for me and my family. I have zero criticism. I would like to share my gratitude to all the hard-working yet so friendly staff team. The bar staff (Jodie in particular), Entertainment team, restaurant staff, lifeguards, cleaners, shop staff and the reception staff. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Across every upmost enjoyable visit here (over 20 times) I have never met somebody so enthusiastic and amazing as Emma, ALL of the entertainers but specifically Emma we bonded with, and I saw all of the other customers did too, how can you not when she’s so loveable!! I am a very shy person and have always been scared to take part in activities such as water polo and AquaGym but Emma gave me all the confidence I needed to join in with a few words of encouragement and kindess. She has a magic gift to share her joy and it’s so wholesome and I wish I could give this review 10 stars because of that! So thank you for bringing me out of my shell because I also happened to have the best holiday I’ve ever had and I can confidently say it’s because of Emma’s extra care to get everyone involved and smile more :) . I know I’m saying so much haha but I can’t express enough how perfect she was. If you want somewhere to relax, have a laugh, take the kids, travel somewhere alone, have a romantic holiday, take the kids or anything else, definitely come to the broncemar beach hotel. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you. i can’t wait to go back and see her again!! I’m heading back two more times this year and am counting the days already!

Another great holiday again here at the broncmar,went self catering as usual the staff was always helpful the cleaning technician,s kept it clean and changed towels regularly and very polite this put you on a good footing for a relaxing holiday,recommend trafalgar for a good breakfast, lin,s for any main meal the steaks are excellent and just 10mins walk, maybe the management should look at offering a price list for meal's for room only and self-catering this may help families and o,a,p,s and hopefully money for the hotel, see you all soon Thanks for a great relaxing holiday batteries fully charged

OK here goes...4th time in the gotel ..hotel brilliant, clean various things to do, shop on site really cheap, staff couldn't do more for you....room cleaned every day....also as we went as a family the entertainment team could do more....various activities daily and of a night time...always going round getting everyone involved...and yes I get some people don't want to and just like to relax....and the entertainment team always polite and always smiling, full energy and there is a great mood round the hotel, music on, and always putting the customer first if you have a request they do there best to accommodate that....always full of energy and excellent with the kids.....big shout out to Luigi, Emma, Maria and all the bar staff....absolute legends....thanks for looking after us you were excellent as always .see you again soon.....OH and also if you haven't tries luigis sangria lesson which is an activity at the hotel....its the best sangria you will ever taste so Do It!!!!!!

We have very recently returned from our second stay at this hotel and can hand on heart say this certainly won’t be our last and we will most definitely be back soon!!! Everything was great from the start, we arrived at 12 in the afternoon to find our room was already ready for us, this is the second time we’ve arrived early and had the room ready, really does make a huge difference to be able to get straight into your holiday. We had a superior deluxe upper floor apartment, which had two balcony’s one supplied with sun loungers and a table and the other a clothing rail for drying your clothes and towels. The hotel its self is kept beautifully. The rooms are very modern as are the two pools as well as the surrounding areas. It was my partners birthday on our second day, we didn’t mention this to the hotel as we are not the type, but we went out to the beach for the day and came back to find a bottle of Prosecco in a bucket of ice with two glasses left in our room! This was a lovely touch as we have never had this before and honestly we’re not expecting anything, they must have made a note when we checked in and they saw her passport thank you so much honestly it was above and beyond. We stayed self catering as we prefer to go out for lunches/ dinners so can’t comment on the food the on site shop is very helpful and very reasonably priced in comparison to other shops off of the complex. We can’t comment on the entertainment team as we were a couple in our twenties with our younger brother who is 17, so we didn’t really get involved but from what we did see they were great with the younger kids and everyone was having fun. Every single member of staff was incredibly polite and always said hello as you walked past. The hotel is close the all of the shops restaurants and bars. If you want a nice meal out I would highly recommend Lins and for a good laugh the comedy drag show at Pieros on a Friday is a must see! I saw a review that mentioned the park, you can quite clearly see the park is locked and abandoned and that they are working on it. Please ignore the bad reviews this is a lovely hotel in an amazing location and the island its self is beautiful and has stolen our hearts. Broncemar we will see you again very very soon!

Just returned from a 10 day stay with our 7 month old and overall we really enjoyed it! Positives: Rooms were modern Pool areas lovely Food was great and restaurant was lovely Public areas in hotel were clean Central location Splash park is lovely for smaller children Luigi and the entertainment team were absolutely amazing! Negatives/little *******: Rooms were not cleaned once and sheets not changed Tiles around the pool were extremely slippy, I witnessed at least 3 children and 1 adult fall (just one to keep in mind if going with children!) Fire alarm going off throughout the night, I imagine this was down to smoking/vaping in areas people shouldn’t have been Only 3 high chairs in the restaurant Overall we did really enjoy our trip, if travelling with younger babies I recommend bringing a soft Playmat/blanket as the floors within the rooms are all hard tiles so in addition to not being cleaned there is not much space for a baby to play.
