I don't understand how it can be rated as 4 star hotel. The max level should be 2.9 stars (not even 3 stars). The Air Cond is not working, I think Trip.com should have a mechanism to 100% refund if any description of the services did not meet. Otherwise, those hotels can claim that they have Air Cond. Indeed, it is not working. Very disappointed. If Trip.com did not rated at 4 stars and described with Air Cond, I will not choose to stay in this hotel.

The hotel is ok, clean. Breakfast is quite good with coffee and bread. The only problem is that the location is quite far from the city center, while the bus number 2 often does not appear as shown in the app. We had to walk to the train station about 1km away and the road to get there is full of trucks going at terrible speed. I checked in and the room was dirty, airconditioning broken and instead of 1 double bed and 1 single, we got 3 single beds. I went downstairs to complain and they offered to get the room cleaned. I refused to take a dirty room and demanded another room which was given. Breakfast is really bad! No fruit only sweets

El hotel huele mucho a cigarrillo, desde que ingresas por los pasillos para llegar a las habitaciones se siente el olor. En mi caso viajábamos con mi esposa y mi hija de 3 años, al ingresar en nuestra habitación olía mucho a tabaco, fuimos a recepción a pedir un cambio de cuarto y ellos muy amablemente nos asignaron uno más nuevo y sin ese impregnante olor. Le doy 10 estrellas a la atención recibida por parte del personal del hotel, siempre fueron muy amables y estuvieron dispuestos todo el tiempo a ayudarnos con nuestras inquietudes. Otro punto a tener en cuenta es la ubicación, el transporte público para llegar hasta allí no tiene mucha frecuencia y un taxi te cobra alrededor de 80 euros para llevarte hasta el centro de la ciudad. El desayuno tipo buffet estaba bien y algo variado
