Hotel Oasis Park Splash

The hotel dose not deserve a 4 star rating more like a 1 star. Food was never hot and the same food lunch time and evening meal never changed in the 7 days we stayed. 4 of our group went down with a bad stomach bug which was not good. Due to this it cost us double the price of the holiday to eat out You are treated like children when getting a drink you are only allowed 2 at a time but they also give you a with plastic cup that you give children and a kids party. Outside 1 of the rooms on a roof just below the balcony was a sanitary item which was reported and was still there when we left today. The canteen (restaurant) you are packed in so tight that people sitting behind you can’t get out unless you move for them. Also the roof leeks and got buckets on the floor to catch the drips it’s disgusting. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

One if the WORST hotels I've ever stayed at. On the beach advertises as a 4* it's more like a 1*. Toilet smells of sewerage. My 22 month old got a sick bug 2 days in!! And the food was awful. The reviews that say to avoid are right! Do not stay here. Entertainment is crap and too late for kids. It's like a canteen. Not relaxing.

Clean and Spacious rooms. Food was lovely and staff are very helpful. Loads for kids to do, especially in the pool and at night. Lots of games for adults to play whilst entertainment is on.

I would go back any day, any time. . Staff were awesome. Excellent food. Very nice entertainments for small kids. Calella is small but beautiful.

We have just come back from here, the kids pool is great only problem is there is no where near enough sunbeds for the amount of guests or room for them either and around 2pm the sun is completely gone behind the hotel so the kids pool gets no sun from then onwards. U want sun all day u have to go upstairs which isn’t a kids pool it has a shallow end but it’s not very big and gets to busy for how many guests there are. And very slippery tiles around all the pools snd so u need to be really careful and not much room to move around where all the sunbeds are cramped into the tiny space. The slides are great. The food was lovely but was warm advise to heat up in the microwave if u don’t like it warm. There wasnt alot for kids other than pizza chips and pasta. To get a drink if your all inclusive u have to wait till 10:30am which is a crazy time when paying customers can get a drink from 10am around the pool side. Snacks available during the day burger/cheese burger & chips, popcorn. Entertainment was good the kids had fun. The rooms were lovely and clean and modern, a few people around us 1 inc my friend who we went with had problems with their rooms with blocked showers which flooded their bathrooms but ours was ok. The staff are lovely. There is shops nearby and the town isn’t far neither is the beach but it’s not a sandy beach it’s stoney. We had a lovely time but it was to chaotic for us with trying to get a sunbed and being cramped in with so many people. Just Couldn’t relax. So we won’t be returning. Arriving is crazy u just get dropped off and was made to find our own way to the hotel without no direction or anything. Luckily it isn’t far from the drop off it’s just down the road but if it’s all knew to u it would be nice for some direction we only knew it was up a hill because of the reviews on here. the airport as well is just crazy trying to get home u don’t get told anything coming or going. Going home we couldn’t figure out how to get to terminal 2 so we had to ask a number of people while getting quite stressed because we didn’t have no clue and how to get to the shuttle when some of it is closed off again no re direction of where to go instead.

This was our 1st holiday and Not as stats. Where do I start i booked for a family room and when I got there to check in I got given 2 rooms (not even near each other) and told me and to have 2 children with me and my husband to have other 2 children with him so 5 of us had to sleep in the bed with the other sleep on the floor. The tv didn't work and was left without it until the day before coming home. Items got taken out of our room by the cleaners. The balcony doors didn't lock. The balcony edge wasnt screwed on so couldn't let the children out for fresh air. Sockets were hanging off the wall. Toilet moved. When having a shower it wet all the bathroom floor. Bedding was stained. The only positive thing about the place is how much fun the children had around the pools even though its very slippy.I wouldn't advise booking here not very safe at all. Definitely wouldn't be going again.
