We had an amazing time at this resort, very relaxing, clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need

The staff was the only reason for not getting the lowest score. The were friendly, accomodating, and did everything to provide excellent service, but the overall neglect and condition of the hotel is why my score was so low. Lets start on the negatives... 1) The hotel on the website does not match the actual hotel. Many of the attractions/pools are not operational. The attractions for the kids are not operational or are in need of maintenance. 2) At one point i was in need of sunblock so i went to the onsite shop. When i went to the shop it was closed. There was a sign on the door "out to lunch" which was no problem and i figured i would just come back later. I came back two hours later and the shop was still closed with the "out to lunch" sign still posted, so i went to the service desk to ask when the owner would be back and the desk person could not answer... the response was " she has a habit of doing this... sometimes she comes back... sometimes she does not, and it all depends on the kind of day she is having....REALLY!?!? Why have this person there with a business if she doesnt care about selling anything??? Only thing i can think of is that she is related to the hotel owners, so she really doesnt need to work. 3) Exterior and interior of hotel needs to be renovated.

Pontos negativos : 1) barulho do ar condicionado 2) WIFI horrível 3) estado geral do lugar : eles deveriam passar uma mão de tinta do prédio. 4) O "restaurante gourmet" não tem nada de "gourmet" e o lugar é escuro e se parece mais com uma cantina de escola. 60 reais por pessoa é muito caro em relação à qualidade da comida. 5) Higiene no ambiente do café da manhá horrivel (recipiente de suco de uva foi usado no dia seguinte com suco de caju ainda com restos visíseis de suco de uva

O espaço é amplo e bom. Porém tem alguns pontos a melhorar. Chuveiro ruim, limpeza dos quartos precisou ser solicitada mais de uma vez até ser realizada. Não tem um padrão. Tipo de dois em dois dias, nem adianta deixar o sinal de luz ligado. Tem que solicitar. O ar estava pingando, tivemos que solicitar a manutenção logo no primeiro dia. O café da manhã é razoável. Não tem variação e até o pão caseiro faltou no terceiro dia. Muitas áreas interditadas. Mas penso que pode ter sido azar nosso mesmo, sei lá. Pretendo voltar pelo amplo espaço das piscinas. Tem bastante opção e de repente ter mais sorte na segunda vez. Eu geralmente não julgo só pela primeira impressão.

Área de lazer muito boa, funcionários atenciosos, bom café da manhã. A internet estava um pouco lenta, falhando um pouco.

O hotel está velho e mal conservado. O apartamento tem sinais de desgaste. Tivemos problemas com a descarga, a televisão e o secador não funcionou. Não fizeram a limpeza solicitada.

Gostei muito do hotel. Serviço muito bom. Café da manhã excelente, com bastante variedade. Gostei da programação kids e de adulto.
