Hotel was very nice. Right across from a huge mall. The buffet meals were great. The swimming pool and poolside bar were great. My friend and I extended our stay several times.

The hotel is well situated across from a mall, which made it convenient to get whatever we needed during our stay. The restaurant in the hotel serves up some pretty tasty food, but I was disappointed that the breakfast buffet wasn't located there. Breakfast was a buffet, but it was rather basic. The pool area is well done with a well maintained pool and deck.

2nd time staying in Monarch. Still a very nice stay. The room still needs a bit of maintenance, I did see a hole just beside the socket in the bathroom. Other than that, the service is still great. The breakfast during our first time had better selections but maybe that's because it was a weekend compared to our weekday stay. The pool and courtyard is a nice.

Instagrammable place; nice buffet; but cleanlines of room- smudges on bathroom mirror and glass door ; yellowish toilet bowl and floor tiles of the washroom; even found a spider on floor of the room; smell of molds on the first room they have put me then transferred to the room where i found the spider- both rooms have dirty washrooms! Anyway- apart from those complimentary requests were quick and responsive!

The Monarch Hotel is a great hotel. Loved our stay and the room was very comfortable. Definitely will recommend to others and book again if I were in the area.

It was a nice hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff and delicious buffet breakfast. Near Robinsons too. Will choose this hotel again

Very nice hotel

This is my go to hotel in Dagupan. As always, staff are very friendly and accommodating. Buffet is still nice. A huge parking area. Robinsons mall is just 5min walk. Will definitely come back here. This is my home in Dagupan.

The hotel accommodated our request for early check in with no additional cost so we can attend the wedding on time. 

Pricey but its reciprocates the comfort that you will get. I hope that they should lower the price for the use of their pool for the visitors of their client. 1k per person is too expensive for the use of a pool. Overall very good experience.

Pretty much what you'd expect for a high-end hotel. Good room service. Good food. Great swimming pool. Although the pool is not especially clean, it wasn't especially dirty either. Great service, close to shopping and other restaurants. But then again you need pay for all that luxury. You was pretty pricey

Attention was fantastic. Rooms were very very good and Breakfast with nice variety. Only problem as usual is the coordination during the check- in process about the kind of beds, but we managed on site. Enjoyed the night swimming as the pool wasn’t crowded. The pool bar though claed early. It would’ve been nicer if the bar closes late. That adds up to the overall ambiance of the place. Will definitely come back to this place.
