Hotel Club Cala Romani

Just come back from family holiday Weather was beautiful Hotel was lovely and clean Sadly air con didn't work in our room Beds were comfy Entertainer by pool for kids was in Spanish Also kids club was also in Spanish Toilets on site very smelly There need cleaning regularly every hour in my opinion Food was OK. Not much choice for kids but there was a snack part they could have nuggets chips burger hotdogs ice cream . Que for drinks was massive at times . Suggestion get 2 drinks at time to save you having to que again . Cups you pay 1 euro per cup for token you get the euro back when you had token back . You need to put beach ⛱️ towels on bed and tables 7am ,as it gets filled up very quickly . This was a last minute holiday for us but for money we paid we were happy with what we got , pool was very clean But big pool no rubber rings etc was aloud , only in kids pool You wasn't aloud into the restaurant in swim wear. You be asked to leave if you did. You had to wear flip flops / sliders when you went into the bar . Shop on site is slightly expensive,also wasn't allowed in wet swimwear. if you walk 5 mins to local shops .more affordable. There was supermarket, English restaurant, kids entertainment, go carts , mini golf etc . Beach was 10 minute away and was very clean . Yes I would recommend

Honest review having been on all inclusive holidays in Spain for many years so please ignore the people complaining about petty things….. A very big and busy hotel but……. We got our sun beds at 08:30, sometimes later (family of 8, kids from 6 to 14 years old) but I’m up early anyway so no issue there. Pools were absolutely fine, allowed balls but be careful of what inflatables you buy from the hotel shop as some not allowed (this is a common rule in a lot of hotels now) Food was very nice (nicest we have had for a few years). Rooms (apartment pool view) were basic/dated but perfect for us, cleaned daily. 1 token each per family member which gives you a cup each, we soon got used to this and if this didn’t happen then the amount of cups that would have been dumped around the pool would have been horrendous so a good idea. Swap cups back for tokens at end of each day. Kids help them selves to soft drinks. Yes there was (sometimes) a long queue at the bar(but not many times and I was here in August) but get over it, there’s always queues and you were in them for about 2 mins. The town is great, loads of shops, mini golf x 2 (one with a small zoo). Loads of pubs and places to eat. Karaoke bar is a great laugh. We spent a lot of nights out. Adult Entertainment at hotel is absolutely shocking at night (worst we have ever had) but luckily the town is there. The only good nights at hotel were the karaoke nights and the talent show, pleas don’t bother going to see anything different from that, the entertainment team at night are so bad and not funny at all, we have been to loads of places in Majorca and they seriously need to sort this out as it lets the hotel down massively, This was our only issue really. The beach which was a 10 min walk from hotel down a path is lovely, great to go to break the day up. All in all if you have booked to go here don’t be put off. If you are happy enough to spend a bit of time and extra money in the town because of the entertainment then it will be fine. Don’t listen to all the moaners, it’s actually ok. If you go away every year to 3 star hotels then you’ll know what to expect, it’s what you make of it when you’re there. I would definitely go back to the area but try a different hotel. Transfer there was an hour (late at night), transfer back was one hour 30 (18:30).

Lovely place, kids had a great time with all games football,table tennis,swimming with dance music and unlimited food and drinks. Evening kids entertainment was so good,my daughter love the selection of sluccy...all over good place for family holiday....near beach walking distance

Just come back from our 5th visit. This hotel is perfect for families, pool is great and the beach is a 10 minute walk. Plenty to do in the day with activities for both children and adults. Mini disco every night for the children and different entertainment every night. Rooms cleaned every day, staff go beyond to keep the hotel clean and tidy. We always book a private transfer as takes just under an hour this way. My children are quite fussy when it comes to food and every meal they found something to eat and even tried new foods. Plenty of shops and easy access to transport links. I can't fault this hotel and look forward to returning next year!

Horrible Food my whole family got food poisoning. because of the food. It’s ok to stay in the hotel but if you are a food lover then don’t even think about to go in this hotel every day same food and not many options always one dish and cold food has been served. Hotel was good clean enough staff is good.

Really not sure why some have chosen to give bad reviews. Remember this is a 3 star Hotel and basing my opinion on that I have nothing bad to say about the hotel or its staff. The variety of food was amazing, the cleanliness of the hotel and your room was on the ball! Spoke to a few staff and they are so friendly. One lady Marianne had worked there for 36 years and expressed how hard everyone works and they certainly do! Please ignore the negative reviews, you know the score, can't please all the people all of the time and honestly "some" people can never be pleased they are only happy when they complain. ENJOY YOUR STAY BOOK IT!
