Hotel Goan Heritage

Not my first visit to this hotel, having stayed on many occasions in the 90’s. However a completely different experience this time. The hotel is basically set up for weddings and corporate events, rather than a holiday in the sun. There were minimal loungers and chairs around the pool and bar area, what was there, should have been replaced years ago. The hotel has beautiful gardens, and i have great memories of sitting here with family and friends. However, there are no longer any loungers and chairs in the gardens and this is the area used for events. In view of the lack of seating areas and atmosphere, we visited the beach most days. As mentioned in the other reviews, this hotel is in a great location and is steps away from the beach. Overall I was disappointed and unlikely to visit again. However I would like to mention that the staff are great and a special mention to Yash who looked after us during the very few times we were at the hotel. His superior service outshone the rest of the staff. Thank you Yash.

Stay was ok, but staff is more inclined towards showing you rules and regulation. I paid close to 9000 and when i requested for water, staff was saying sir we have already given you free water. When i asked for dental kit no one gave it, it was good that i was carrying my own kit. So overall after paying no view and pathetic front desk and house keeping staff. Restaurant staff was good. Hope hotel do understand that customer is the one who give them bread and butter, so need to improve behaviour.

I stayed earlier in this hotel. So i booked it again. And they gave me the last corner room, when i req. To change the room they said you have booked it. We can't help u. All booking rooms are compromised rooms. So we cannot change that room
