According to the finding updated , the room was cleaned in your presence on the 10th January however as you were scheduled to checkout on 11th January , we did not offer room cleaning service on the day of departure. We also regret the billing discrepancy for the cold coffee and appreciate you bringing it to our attention during your stay. It’s reassuring to know it was resolved after escalation, but we agree that it should have been accurate from the start. Regarding the taxi situation, we understand your frustration. Unfortunately, the local taxi union regulations are beyond our control. While we’re glad to know you appreciated the hotel’s ambience and food, we are sorry that these operational issues overshadowed your overall experience.
