We had a fantastic Holiday with our 2 kids (4 and 9). We had Halfboard, breakfast and diner are very good. There is a nice football field where we played every day. The pool was also nice. When it was cold outside, we went to the indoor spa, which wax also good. We had a nice room, which was cleaned everyday. It was a great holiday!

Amazing hotel. We had a room with a balcony sea view, it was immaculately clean, modern, comfortable and spacious. The location is perfect with the beach right on the door step and a bustling palm tree lined street with several shops, bars and cafes a short walk away and a children’s play park. We have a 6 year old child and there was plenty on offer in the hotel for her to do. With an indoor and outdoor pool and bar and entertainment every night we were always doing something. They have a spa in the hotel and I had a massage which was very relaxing. We had a lovely chambermaid who made sure we had every thing we needed in our room. The restaurant was fabulous and the food was amazing, the waiting staff were equally fantastic and attentive. The selection of food was phenomenal, something for everyone’s palette. Every single member of staff I encountered were friendly and very helpful. Beatriz, one of the wonderful hotel receptionists was an absolute star, she helped us navigate our days out and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed. I will definitely go back to this hotel again, one of the best holidays I’ve ever had.

Friendly, helpful staff, very clean hotel and grounds, great breakfast and diner buffet. Beach is about a 2 minute walk, and so is the main street with stores and bars. Staff was helpful with calling taxis to Cala d'Or and Porto Cristo wich are both about a half hour drive and worth a visit. There were a lot of young families during our visit, no problem for me but maybe worth a check if that's a factor for you. Nice, well maintained rooms, great beds and bathroom and quite a large balcony with an ocean view. Small issues with airconditioning and bathroom door not closing properly were fixed the same day of reporting.

Cleanliness always and everywhere friendly & extra helpful staff - location and wonderful views. Why only 98%? “Cold plates” in the dining room. Continual cold plates always made the hot food very cold, ok if you eat nothing but salad, this being my only complaint. Even after I had left the hotel and returned home the front desk and management were extremely helpful, as I had lost my wedding ring and they found it and organised a shipment and return of this back to the UK… marvellous.

The hotel was really nice! We had a great vacation. The rooms were super clean and the food was really nice with a lot of variation. The staff is super friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The location of the hotel is great! Close to the beach and the boulevard with nice shops.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were delighted with the room assigned to us. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and offered a stunning sea view The amenities provided exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meals at your restaurant, especially the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of fresh and tasty options.

At Lunch/Dinner: All Meat and Thunfish was very dry and roasted much too long. It‘s a real shame for the good quality. Complete-AllInclusive-Drink-Mixes (for example Caipirinha) tasted not good, fresh made with origin lemon’s would be much better. Others who payed cash get higher quality drinks. The QR-Website on the Poolbar show false drinks (that doesn‘t exist) and wrong prices too - not usable Beds / mattresses are much too soft and hang, and i‘m only about 70kg - so backache every night was the result. At all a nice trip and stay
