Apartamentos Vista Alegre Mallorca

My son was doing a week summer camp at the Rafa Nadal Academy. Booked this last minute. Was a little bit worried about some of the reviews but the stay was great. Lovely clean apartment. Really friendly staff who were extremely helpful and very attentive. Our sink was a little bit blocked when we first arrived and it was sorted instantly. Lovely little bar/cafe for food and drinks. Also a great pool with a really relaxed vibe. Would definitely stay again.

Despite the apartment add says arrival with host there was nobody at reception even though I had communicated the arrival time. I called and was guided to the unit but when I entered I could hardly breath. The smell of mould and humidity was unbearable so i left for dinner and to think what to do. I then sent a kind message saying i would not be staying a second night and host offered to meet. when he arrived he very quickly turned from kind to aggressive and manipulative. he insisted that the smell was normal and i did not respect "his opinion" (sic!) but finally agreed to give me another unit where the smell still gave me headache but was at least bearable. in this second unit the signs of humidity and mould were however ever more evident and the toilet did not flush (I have plenty of pictures to prove it). luckily the airbnb staff understood my concerns and refunded me the second night. This place is simply not at health standard and should undergo a HSE review. BTW, the owner tried to retaliate with a bad review on airbnb and he got silenced by airbnb. He had made very serious ungrounded allegations so the guy is actually quite a potential liability.

Spent 5 nights here over the New Year holiday. Stayed in a 2 bedroom /2 bathroom apartment that was modern and spacious. Plenty of closet space. Kitchen was minimally equipped with neither a can opener nor bottle opener /cork screw ; only 2 questionably sharp knives and only small plates. As we planned to cook several meals this required us buying our own. Sound proofing needs to be improved as we could hear every step, door opening and conversation of our neighbors both above and next to us. Pool was beautiful but supposed to be heated and was too cold to enjoy. Despite all of this we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would likely stay here again.

Good location from the beach and supermarket. The apartment was in a good size with aircondition and all you need for a good stay. We didn't use it but there was also a fully equipped mini-kitchen. The staff was super friendly and good food in the bar.

Nous y sommes restés 15 jours. Appartement en très bon état, ménage OK. La résidence et la piscine sont bien entretenus. Le quartier est très calme, on est loin de la foule. 2 belles cala accessibles en 2 minutes à pied.

Die Anlage hat eine tolle Lage zwischen 2 Badebuchten - beide fussläufig . Schön ruhig gelegen - schöner Pool . Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt . Ein sehr netter Empfang - wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Anlage wählen . Bestens geeignet wer kein Trubel will . Auto ist angebracht für Erkundungen !
