Hotel Nettuno

This hotel is not by the beach, and it might not be easy to park near it, as they don’t have their own private parking lot. There are a few parking spots right next to it, but not too many and they will be first come, first serve. So you might want to take this in consideration when choosing this hotel. It is also not immediately by the beach or the port, but a short walk away from those (consider however that the streets are a bit steep). That said, it is a quiet area and conveniently located for restaurants and the city center. I would definitely stay there again, and would recommend it to anyone visiting the region. Rooms were good size, spot clean and brand new, and the staff were super friendly. We were very warmly welcomed and had a really nice relaxing stay.

We loved our visit to Cala Gonone. The family running this hotel made you feel at home and were very helpful with local information. I just don't understand why this is Tripadvisor's top rated hotel in town if there are no views of the water. Our room didn't have a window at all other than the glass door out to the small balcony. Just bare walls. Again, nothing bad to say about this hotel, but I am just suggesting that people like me who rely a lot on the tripadvisor rankings make sure to also consider some of the similarly priced hotels with water views.

Location is very good, only one street up from the sea. There's a lot of parking space in the streets around the hotel, we had no trouble finding parking space for our rental car during the week we stayed at the hotel. If sea view is important to you, I think the possibilities for that is higher if you request for a room on the highest level facing to the street. We stayed on the first floor, and from there you couldn't spot the sea. The rooms are modern and newly renovated. Not much wear and tear in those. AC was working fine och we had a small fridge in our room to keep our drinks cold. There were no mini-bar or coffee-making possibilities in our room. The supermarket is very near the hotel and you can buy what you want there and put in the fridge. Cheaper and you can get what you want. The breakfast is continental, so there isn't a huge buffet. BUT ... the stuff they have on the breakfast is of high quality (ham, fruit, bread) and there's a constant refill going on during breakfast time. They often refill before things get all eaten. The pool area is very nice with places to sit and enough sun beds for the guests. The pool is very well maintained. The pool is a little but small, but the temperature of the water is perfect for my taste and I like it quite warm. The best thing about Hotel Nettuno is the customer service. They people working at the reception has an outstanding knowledge of the area and are eager to help and inform you about things to do and explore in the area and around Cala Gonone. If you want to do things on your holiday and not just hang around the pool these guys in the reception will help you with information. The hotel also provide small simple things as ice packs to put in your cooling bag, big towels and sun umbrellas, to make your day trips convenient. Small simple things, that makes a big difference. Overall a great experience and I could recommend anyone staying at Hotel Nettuno if you are in the area of Cala Gonone.

Ein großartiger Aufenthalt – Hotel Nettuno ist absolut empfehlenswert! Wir (Paar mit Kleinkind) haben eine Woche im Hotel Nettuno in Cala Gonone verbracht und waren rundum begeistert. Zimmer: Die Ausstattung ist top – modern, bequem und sehr gepflegt. Sauberkeit: Besser geht es kaum – sehr, sehr, sehr sauber! Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Frühstück: Alles, was man braucht – qualitativ hochwertig, frisch und abwechslungsreich. Einfach perfekt, um gestärkt in den Tag zu starten. Hotelmitarbeiterinnen: Unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben jederzeit tolle Tipps zu Restaurants, Ausflügen und Unternehmungen bekommen – da merkt man, dass das Team die Gegend liebt und kennt. Besonderes Lob: Der Hotelbesitzer ist super herzlich, immer für ein Lächeln und ein nettes Gespräch zu haben. Auch unser Kind wurde überall liebevoll aufgenommen – man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen. Preis-Leistung: Wirklich unschlagbar. Für das, was man hier geboten bekommt, ist der Preis mehr als fair. Lage: TOP man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss an der Küste und bei allen Restaurants. Das Aquarium ist auch nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Hinweis: Der Lift des Hotels fährt nicht bis ganz nach unten, sodass man die erste Treppe mit Gepäck oder Kinderwagen tragen muss. Für uns war das absolut kein Problem, aber es ist gut, es zu wissen. Insgesamt war es ein fantastischer Aufenthalt. Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bei allen bedanken – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Zijn 3 sterren meer dan waard. Goede ligging tov het centrum en de haven. De kamers zijn eenvoudig maar schoon. Praktische badkamer. Klein balkon. Elke dag schone handdoeken. Ontbijt is ook van een goede kwaliteit. Zeer vriendelijke uitbater die meerdere talen spreekt en zeer behulpzaam is.

Un hotel estupendo y muy bien localizado en un lugar fabuloso. El personal es muy simpático y atento, siempre están dispuestos a ayudar. Nos dejamos olvidados en la habitación artículos personales y contactaron con nosotros inmediatamente. Pudimos recuperarlos. Agradezco especialmente a Pier Mario su amabilidad y atención. Recomendable al 100%.
