Aparthotel Ferrer Lime Isabel

I always book either 3 or 4 star hotels and have to say, at the age of 75, this hotel is by far the best hotel I have had the pleasure to stay in. Where do I start? - Everything was spotless in all areas of the hotel, including cutlery and crockery. Room really spacious with plenty of coat hangers and everything worked perfectly, I daresay something we all expect but very rare to find. Staff were so friendly and helpful, efficient at mealtimes and when cleaning the room without being obtrusive. Unable to open the safe one day it was sorted within five minutes. The hotel has a friendly atmosphere which flows over to the guests, something which I welcomed being a solo traveller. I enjoy walking during the day and the 15 minutes walk from the hotel to the harbour in Cala Bona was really enjoyable, tree lined in places and alongside the sea. For others less able there's a shuttle bus which runs at 20 minutes intervals throughout the day to Cala Millor. I stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and found a good and varied selection, I had a few evening meals at the hotel but preferred to try out some of the local restaurants. I was so busy out walking or visiting places such as the Caves of Drach I didn't get chance to sample any of the daytime entertainment but there did appear to be plenty going on and something I may try another time. Evening entertainment on the whole could do with improvement. A very professionally managed hotel, who seem to know what the guests value - I have no hesitation in saying "I'll be back"Jus

I booked this hotel last minute and what a find it was! Spotlessly clean, towels changed every day, food in the restaurant was superb, so much choice. This was my first holiday on my own and was a bit apprehensive but I needn’t have worried, all the staff were so friendly. Walked into Cala Bona and Cala Millor nearly every day, will definitely be back, thanks to everyone for a lovely stay x

Our 5th trip to this lovely little hotel this summer, it’s always such a lovely atmosphere. My children age 11 and 9 had the best time as they always do whenever we come. Always activities happening with Alex.. aqua fit, darts , pool and shuffleboard. The staff are super friendly, nothing is ever too much trouble. The free shuttle to the beach is brilliant for those of us that would rather save our walking legs for the beach, but if you do decide to, it’s only short walk to the waterfront and there’s Lots of bars and little shops along the way. You can even rent bikes at the hotel if you fancy stretching your legs a bit further. Such a beautiful place. Always clean and the food is delicious! Lots of brilliant evening entertainment, we particularly enjoyed Freddie mercury’s tribute and the amazing magic show! Thank you to Ricardo and the team for another beautiful summer. We’ll see you again next year!

We booked this as a last minute short break away, looking for a peaceful, relaxing trip. Our travel agent found this hotel & it couldn’t have been more perfect! Very modern & the cleanest hotel I have stayed in, with super comfy beds! Cala Bona is very picturesque and the choice of restaurants and bars was wonderful. This was only a short 10minute walk from the hotel & about 20minutes to Cala Millor. This was a lot busier, though a beautiful beach. Thank you for an amazing stay & the lovely Aperol Spritz! we will definitely be back x

Hotel excellent was our 2nd visit , Ideal for families and couples alike , Rooms clean and spacious, staff excellent and very friendly , Alex and his animacion team outstanding, plenty of adult and children games and competitions , evening entertainment could be a little better at times , Food pretty good , shuttle bus into local town throughout the day (free) No rush for sunbeds in morngs which is a bonus , small pool for young children , all in all a great holiday hotel .

DO NOT BOOK HERE ! Me and my friends booked here thinking this would be a nice place to come for a few night to have a laugh and chill that was all inclusive! Well we was wrong, for one everything is NOT included in the all inclusive which we was not made aware of when booked ! They do do a high band called Gold but again we was not made aware of this when booking and not everything is even included in this ! The staff was incredibly rude they didn’t not have a care for any kind of professional service within the hotel either. The cocktails weren’t drinkable due to having green and black bits in them from the machines, they are not in any kind of rush to make drinks and their is normally only one Pierson on the bar which caused the que to grow. The bar tenders would close the shutter as people was asking for drinks. Whilst being on our holiday the drink machine stopped working meaning we was unable to get a kind of pop from 11PM as that is when the bar closes on a evening and does not open again until 11AM the next morning, they did not put anything in place for this. The snack bar is very basic and gets left out through out the day and is very rarely changed if ever ! The food at the restaurant is very basic and does not really change throughout the week. Throughout the week we have experienced lots of food that was undercooked so was uneditable to eat and if not caught may cause illness. The entertainment was very basic but was ok to sit out and listen to on a evening but did felt rushed at the end of it by staff looking at me and my friends waiting for us to leave. Me and my friends felt very uncomfortable coming to this hotel by all the staff and will NOT return to it again.
