Protur Bonamar Hotel - Adults Only

Our first time going to this hotel and this part of Mallorca. The hotel had only been open for the season for three days before we arrived but you would never have known. We had one of the rooms with a hot tub on the balcony which unfortuntately when we got in it we realised the jets weren't working. Im sure it would have been fixed but we only used it on our last night. The bathroom is right in the room with glass walls so its not very private and theres a sensor light that comes on when you go in so in the middle of the night its very bright so just bear that in mind if you are two friends sharing like we were ha. Reception especially Victoria were very helpful and friendly as were all the bar staff and most of the restaurant staff. The pool area was great and the hotel location was fab. Actually got into the hotel entertainment and the bingo each night and the cocktail of the day. The food choices were great and different enough every night and a good mix of cuisines. Would definitely come back for a few more nights again to relax. Cala Bona has a nice harbour but I was surprised with quite how many massive hotels there are and how "English" it was. We were some of the youngest people staying at our hotel....the average age range was about 70 so i think we provided quite a bit of entertainment ha.

Just spent 3 nights at this lovely hotel. From arrival to departure everything was perfect. Very friendly staff bar staff especially. We stayed in a superior room with a hot tub on the balcony. Room very comfortable and cleaned daily. Nice bottle of fizz in the fridge which was enjoyed in the hot tub 🥂 Will definitely return for longer next time.

Excellent adults only hotel in a great location situated on the Cala Bona/Cala Millor promenade. Staff were all brilliant particularly Victoria in reception, Tomi in the restaurant and Natalie animation made for a superb holiday. Evening entertainment of the highest standard every night. All areas were kept spotless both in the hotel and the pool area. Room was good although a little more storage would have been useful. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in a level location and ease of access including wheelchairs. Thanks to all the staff who made it a memorable holiday.

Such a great hotel. Stayed for a week in a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony - absolutely fantastic. Staff are all amazing helpful and friendly notably Victoria on reception who welcomed us when we arrived. She spoke to us everyday to ask if we were okay and if we needed anything. Really made you feel welcome!! The food was great with plenty of choices and didn’t have a bad meal the entire week. I would highly recommend.

thi is basic hotel with some lovely staff i am disabled having suffered a stroke i booked an accessible room hoverer the bathroom could not have bee any less accessible all glass shower cubicle ver slippy floor and no grabrails at all Ehen i asked for a shower chair i was informed it would cost sn additional 40 euros this is a total disgrace and a reflection on the hotels attitude to disabled customers

On arrival Victoria was on reception and was very informative explained everything we needed to know about the hotel. Everyday she worked she always made a point of saying hello she is always smiling and nothing is to much trouble We have already booked to come back next year
