卡拉伯納作為四星的酒店，總體來説還算是可以，外部環境特別加分，尤其是內部有泳池還靠海。早上打開窗户的時候真的不要太美了。 這次馬洛卡島之行很是享受，美景美食美人都盡收眼底！

Heading to the airport after an amazing stay at this gem. Spotlessly clean. Beautifully prepared food. Hot plates. Hooray ( so many hotels dont!) Pool fabulous. Still cold as early season but dared it anyway. Claire and David in the snack bar helpful and friendly. The star in this crown has got to be the new spa. Small indoor pool . It's free at the moment. You needed to book a slot as numbers are limited but totally worth it. Entertainment grest and bar/ waiting staff exceptional. Well done cala bona. If I had to find a negative... nope actually can't think of a single thing. Well done Cala Bona. We will be back Room 358

We are staying here right now and ' living it up in the Hotel Cala Bona' This hotel is fantastic ! All the staff are amazing, from the reception to David, Manolo, Antonio and all the others, they are always working so hard but still make time to talk and make you feel like a friend. The restaurant is great, good food, not over crowded. The room are very nice, cleaned everyday and everything you need.The whole area is chilled and you relax. The entertainment in the evening is best and most fun I have ever experienced. The bands are all top performers and the whole place is jumping, not just in the bar but also outside with people dancing in the street and in the restaurants in the harbour and on the balconies across the other side of harbour. There is one major problem here.....you have to eventually go home😣.....until next time 😁🥰

Returning customers, as we always pay a visit when in Cala Bona. Fantastic lunch and top quality cocktails. Staff always welcoming, first visited here 28 years ago and still as beautiful as ever. Food freshly cooked and views over the harbour are amazing

This place was stunning, food and staff are amazing, such a lovely hotel, with the owner still very present and proud, location and entertainment can not fault it, we are definitely coming back, beds are so comfortable to, make sure you get a fridge in your room, game changer especially if you have sea view

Stayed here as part of a cruise and stay package Arrived midday and were given a free upgrade to a superior sea view room which was of a high standard Very comfortable bed and fantastic bathroom with large walk in shower Staff were very helpful and friendly Food in restaurant was of a very high standard with a good choice of dishes at Dinner

Perfect all round hotel food excellent quality with extensive range to suit all tastes The hotel is in a excellent position overlooking the harbour cooked breakfast and cold table dinner is buffet service evening entertainment is of a high standard

As soon as we stepped into the hotel we got a very warm welcome from the staff at reception. Cases taken to our room. Food as good as last year. I would say it was even better than last year. Staff in the restaurant was very friendly and polite. The entertainment was great every night. The bar staff worked very hard as usual. The hotel spotless cleaning staff worked very hard and with a smile. Thanks to everyone who made our holiday very enjoyable. Can’t wait to see you all next year. Thanks Stephen Chris.

Hotel Cala Bona you did us proud!!! Everything was perfect. Food was amazing, Entertainment was fantastic. Staff were all friendly and nothing to much trouble. Location perfect. We stayed in room, 327 it was perfect! Not a sea view, but that was ok, the balcony was great and when my heads in a book who needs the view! I did get up early a few mornings and went into the harbour and appreciated the view then. Honestly I can not think of anything negative, this is a family run hotel, that has been going a 100 years, you can honestly see why! Congratulations Hotel Cala Bona! Also want to give a special shout out to the Tui Rep Anne, she was fantastic!

We stayed in Hotel Cala Bona for a week in August 2024 and could not have asked for much more. We had two rooms - 157 (La Pergola Block) and 143 (Nemo Block). 143 was the larger, more modern room with a fridge, walk in shower and more storage space. But we were equally happy with both rooms as they were clean and comfortable. Both rooms had a TV, tea-making facilities and a hairdryer. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard daily. We booked on a half board basis, so had breakfast & evening meal. There was always plenty of choice and food to suit everyone. Staff always on hand to order drinks and were quick to clear tables. The dining room was always spotless and well air-conditioned. Reception staff were always pleasant and helpful. Always greeted us when passing the desk. They provided all the necessary information during check in and were very happy to help when booking taxis and organising wake up calls. Porters showed us to our rooms and insisted on carrying our cases on arrival which was a lovely touch There was entertainment in the bar every night from around 9.15pm/9.30pm but it does get very busy. The entertainment was very good but we like a bit of variety and therefore chose other bars in the area on a few nights of our stay. The bar and outside seating areas are clean and comfortable and staff work hard but there can often be delays in ordering/receiving drinks due to how busy it is. The pool area is spacious and well maintained. Lots of sunbeds and chairs/tables. Again, this can get busy but wasn't a major issue for us. We did not visit the spa so cannot review that element. This hotel is in a great location - in the centre of Cala Bona - beside the harbour and close to the beach. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The bus stop is in the street behind reception and there is a taxi rank just down from reception so easy for getting to/from other towns. Overall we had a really enjoyable week at this hotel. We would consider returning and would definitely recommend to others!

First ever time ive been to cala bona place is beautful. Hotel cala bona well what can i say its absolutely perfect in every way. Its on the harbour with everything on its doorstep. Ive stayed in a lot of 4 and 5 star hotels and this being nearly a 4 four star well in my opinion it should be a 4 star or plus. Our room was twin superior with balcony in main reception area room 238 and i loved it as did my 14 year daughter .maids are a credit to this hotel were here everyday if needed and so happy and polite. Staff are a mixture of spanish and english and were lovely went out of their way to help and very very friendly . Entertaimment is good too. Beds are better than ive got bk home air con great and walk in shower plenty of hot or cold. Whats great is it caters for all disabilities which makes this hotel extra special we have met people of all ages that keep comimg bk year after year some 25 plus years and their young families .thats what makes a hotel a special place. I cant wait to book for next year .its truly a magical hotel with amzing staff .thank you hotel cala bona you should be proud of your workforce amazing . Food halfboard lush. This hotel is lovely and has to be one of the friendliest we've stayed in. We were a little disappointed at first with our room but it turned out to be to our advantage in the end. The hotel is a little disjointed in the fact that some rooms are in different parts on the port. We were in a small block passed another hotel and had to walk everyday to the main block to use the pool and restaurant. Our block has just rooms there and our view was very disappointing to say the least. The air con did not go below 21 degrees and the fan in the ceiling, did not blow very well and given we stayed during a very hot week, we just left the spare card in the control to ensure we had a cool room when we got back from the pool. Due to us being in a separate block we did not hear the music from the nightly entertainment which suited us as were don't stay up particularly late. Other than this the room was fine, for us and we left the do not disturb sign on the door for most of the week, so the maids did not need to clean everyday, but when they did come in they did a good job. Changed our towels when we asked and made the beds. The pool itself is not very large nor is it deep, which I was a little disappointed in as I like to swim laps but it did also have its good points, as it was used for chatting and meeting people and I made several acquaintances in the pool as a result. The aqua aerobics was also fun to watch and take part in . Due to the size of the pool no large floats are allowed to be used, so don't waste your money getting any as you will be told to take them out by the lifeguard. A massive shout out to Claire and her son Pablo who work very hard by the pool bar and make everyone feel welcome and keep everyone cool. If I have one piece of advice to give it's not to go to dinner too early. The restaurant will not open early, the doors are kept firmly shut until 6:45. If you do get there early expect a queue that runs right down the stairs and back to reception. If you are in the rooms by the restaurant I also expect the noise from waiting patrons would be very annoying. The food however was lovey, with a large array every night. The entertainment in the bar was very good and every night there was something different and it seemed that a lot of people stopped to enjoy it from other hotels. Another shout out to Monolo and the staff there as they worked very hard to ensure people were kept well hydrated. All in all we enjoyed our time at the hotel and we would definitely come back here, even with the small gripes I had, as the majority of them turned out to be a positive in the end. Oh and before I forget there is a tourist tax to be paid when checking in, its not much but it's not mentioned anywhere else. As i said the hotel itself has a very friendly atmosphere and that was so lovely to see and be part of.

Third visit to this lovely hotel opposite the harbour. Yes, there have been changes but the improvements to the dining room layout and the new spa section only add to the quality of this hotel. Lovely to see some old faces (staff and guests) and make the acquaintance of new ones. Manolo still making each evening run smoothly in the bar and Clare & Pablo doing a great job of keeping the pool visitors well fed and ‘watered’. Staff at reception were welcoming and helpful when we needed advice and support. Loved the new pool table and aqua aerobics which kept us all entertained during the day. We are already trying to find a suitable time to return but have no doubt that we will be back one day. Thanks to all and congratulations on 100years of holiday making 🥂

Visited hotel for over 20 years and room lovely with sea view. Restaurant had improved and food quality better. Atmosphere at pool changed a lot. John the old lifeguard very friendly and chatted to all hotel visitors. New staff at pool. Not same. Told by new lifeguard now no lilos allowed in pool now after 20 years of being allowed and no friendly atmosphere by pool anymore. All staff saying it's managers new rules.
