Nice place, but difficult going up steps with heavy bags. Be sure to email to get entry information for entry codes and key pick up prior to arrival. Otherwise a nice place.

Gentilissimi! Oceanie è stata perfetta dalla prima telefonata. Abbiamo preso 3 doppie in via Crispi: tutte molto comode, pulite e con decorazioni diverse. Simpatico anche il terrazzino comune! Posizione ottima per visitare il centro di Cagliari. Per ultimo menziono: l'indispensabile custodia bagagli e l'accesso ai servizi prima della partenza. ClaudiA

Abbiamo passato una notte in questo b&b e ci siamo trovati benissimo Oceane, la receptionista, è gentiiissima Abbiamo fatto molte richieste, e lei ha cercato di accontentarci in tutto La struttura ha cambiato gestione da un anno, e posso assicurare che l’attuale gestione è ottima Se ritornerò a Cagliari, sicuramente sarà questo il mio alloggio

Stanze grandi e spaziose, aria condizionata rumorosa, pareti sottili (si sentivano i vicini in bagno), nella notte ha iniziato a perdere qualcosa in bagno e al mattino il pavimento era mezzo allagato

Prenotato per 4 notti,l'affittacamere e' comodo per vicinanza a stazione di Cagliari,al porto,agli autobus.Locale accogliente,pulito,sito al primo piano di un palazzo,antistante il Comune della citta'e a 200 metri da stazione.Raggiungibile dall' aeroporto Elmas con treno in 7 minuti.Camere decorate ,tutte diverse e accessibili con codici forniti dal proprietario,moooolto disponibile.La colazione si effettua nella pasticceria,sotto la camera.Consigliatissimo.

Très bien situé. Par contre, on arrive sans croiser personne et on repart de la même façon. Un peu dommage quand on voyage seul.
Et il faut s'attendre à bien entendre ses voisins, les chambres ne sont pas bien isolées.

Bien situé mais
Etablissement particulièrement sale, aucun ménage durant 6 jours en pleine période de covid avec spectre 4 ème vague !
Nous avons du faire le ménage nous mêmes régulièrement
Absence de produits d'entretien
Il faut réclamer pour avoir du savon ou du papier toilettes
Invasion de fourmis dans notre chambre, direction prévenue mais aucune réponse ni contact jusqu'à notre départ
Inacceptable !
