Jan was a brilliant host and the property was beautiful and immaculate. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone.

As soon as i rang the bell and saw Jan...she made us welcome...she even moved her car so that i could park mine plus she carried my partners luggage....
The room was fantastic...it was big...it was very clean also it smelt clean....plus there was a bottle of beer plus a bottle of prosecco for kate
We will be back here nxt year...thank you Jan for a lovely stay.....we will recommend your b&b anytime 😊

Everything spot on at this B&B. Better than most hotels we’ve stayed in.
Comfortable bed, fridge, even a microwave if you choose to use.
I could go on but other reviews share the same experience. Especially liked choice at breakfast, anything you want basically.

Brilliant B & B, just a short walk into town. All staff were very friendly , and we enjoyed the cooked breakfast each morning.We liked the midday check-in, and especially the complimentary wine that was provided, which we drank watching the sunset on the terrace, at the back.[We had brilliant weather during our stay].
Very kindly washed my coat for me, at no extra charge, after it fell into the sea !
Bear in mind, there are 2 dogs that are in the property, for those who don't like dogs, but they were well behaved.

This is the best B & B my family have ever stayed in. Between us we have stayed more than 10 times. The beyond high standards never slip. Love it!

The hosts at this B&B cannot do enough for you and the quality of what they provide is exceptional. The breakfasts were wonderful and the rooms so well equipped with mini fridge, wide screen TV, chocolate treats and even a microwave if you want to grab a take out.
Location is great for exploring Caernarfon and if your visiting you need to stay at the Victoria House B&B!!
