Snowdon View Caravan Park

I was a former employee here, and I can only warn you of the manager Kieron. A vile, horrible unpleasant man who will lie about absolutely everything to blag a customer. He has dismissed me from my job because of having a few days off with a bad back, despite me offerings to come in to work to do light duties. He got me to do some very dangerous jobs on my own and do very “cowboy” jobs just to keep a customer happy. He got me to tell lies to customers, and do things against all health and safety rules. This man is nothing more than a coward, a weak individual who can’t deal with people without telling lies. Everyone on the park tells me the same thing. He is threatening to take my wages for an accident that occurred, all because he pressured me into doing it alone. I asked for help and said that I couldn’t do it alone, but all this man cares about is making money for himself. He is very unprofessional with his customers, and will do anything to make money off them. I was made to lie to customers about things and he would sit in the office bad mouthing every customer. Every customer complaints that was reported to me, would just get instantly dismissed by Kieron, he didn’t care about anything. He rips people off, treats people with no respect. His other members of staff showed me how to do certain jobs and then he said that my wages were being deducted, all because of the way I was shown how to do it by other members of staff. Very unfair! I will be reporting all of the dangerous work that I was forced to do to the HSE, and will be reporting to the park owners how this man operates the park.

Nice site if you have a static caravan. Pitches for touring caravans not the best. Our pitch wasn’t tidy when we arrived, overgrown at the rear, slight incline to pitch making it hard to manoeuvre caravan into place and even harder to get it out, rusty screws, plastic knife, bits of old wood left with partly pulled up plants, I’m assuming from previous caravan that I’m assuming had been sited there permanently at some point? Toilets not cleaned often enough. Definitely not worth the fees they are charging!

This has to be the most disorganised and chaotic pub we've ever been in. They don't seem to have a clue what they are doing and don't care about the customers. It was full of very loud people which didn't help. We waited 1 1/2 hours for two simple meals. Someone Else has mentioned the batter was awful on the fish and I can confirm it. However there was very little fish. The steak chiabatta was OK.

Corrupt Sales Manager, Keiron Farrow. All they are interested in is selling statics. Steer clear!! They withdrew our pitch licence spuriously, so that they could move us off site. Costs to move a static off site are outrageous. Then purported to assist by getting trader prices to buy our mobile. False - they purchased it at a vastly reduced price but to date, despite repeated requests, have failed to provide who the trader was. Fraudsters!!!

Stayed here over bank holiday weekend for first time. Park is well looked after and some nice caravans on here. The little tavern is heart of site made to feel very welcome staff where great couldn't do enough for you. The food was great and came out hot. Sunday roast was amazing. Loved the karaoke. Would 100% recommend coming here staff work so hard in there to make it so amazing. And owners are so friendly

Lyon’s have ruined this site, keiran is only interested in selling caravans, you’ll notice with all the sale signs up and fake sales tactics online etc. once you’ve purchased a caravan you’ll just be a number. The site isn’t kept well, the pub has massively gone downhill from previous owners, the food is disgusting, I will never eat or go in there again, don’t expect a relaxing weekend away as you’ll be woken up at 8am by workmen on the site.
