This little Cottage was purchased by the current owner in 2020 with the intention to create a peaceful retreat away form the fast pace of life. The building itself dates back to 1785 when its first use was an 'adega' for wine production and storage. Over the years it has been renovated along the way by different owners. Since being Cashina Peral Country Cottage there have been upgrades made along the way, the most being this year and it's still a work in progress. As you approach, the cottage's traditional whitewashed façade and terracotta roof exude rustic charm, blending seamlessly with the tranquil surroundings. A cozy front porch welcomes you, providing the perfect spot to soak up the warm Iberian sun and the beautiful evening sunsets with a glass of wine whilst looking over the vineyards and orchards in the distance.
