Tot onze grote teleurstelling was er een miscommunicatie tussen onze boeking en de gegevens die het hotel had. Na meer dan een uur discussiëren heeft men ons uiteindelijk in de spa toegelaten. Het hotel was verder ok.

MUY MAL TRATO! Una camarera que responde al nombre de “Toñi” nos ha tratado sin ningún tipo de respeto, y infravalora a los menores cuando pagan igual que el resto de personas del establecimiento. La comida la tardan en sacar más de la cuenta, pero el tema del trato en el servicio supera todo lo relacionado a la alimentación. Si vais no pidáis pizzas a medias porque os van a hacer un chanchullo para tardar en sacarla. La bebida ni mencionarla, agua del grifo cobrada como que fuera embotellada. Y que decir de la cuenta, pagando un número de tres cifras y no son capaz de buen trato, a parte de que añaden elementos a la cuenta que ni han aparecido. Se nos complicó el servicio, y nos vimos en la obligación de solicitar una hoja de reclamaciones, y la camarera ya mencionada (Toñi) montó un show debido a que no quería que se viera la verdad. Una vergüenza de servicio y de todo. No merece la pena. Bastante la estrella que les regala tripadvisor, porque no se merecen nada.

Well, I really cannot believe that the previous reviewer "TJ_AndFam" stayed in the same hotel as us!! We have stayed here twice before and wouldn't return if it was as bad as that! Ours was a mountain view room with excellent facilities and spotlessly clean. Since staying last year, they now save a buffet breakfast in a room opposite reception. It was excellent - well worth the 6Euros charged. There was everything you could have wanted, meats, cheeses, yoghurts, fresh fruit, homemade biscuits and cakes and freshly baked bread and croissants and endless coffee. A couple of points, which weren't as good was that we felt that the staff weren't particularly friendyl - this really needs attention The other thing which wasn't good for us is that the restaurant doesn't open until 9 pm, which is not good for us. Although, ordered at 9pm, we didn't receive our meal until 9.45! So, although we would stay at the hotel again, we probably wouldn't eat there.

Terrible overall experience!! The 'supreme' room was a joke! Our view of air conditioning pipes was ridiculous. We did not sleep a wink as the spring beds were literally the most uncomfortable bed ive ever slept on! There is NO privacy glass/frosted pane windows in the bathroom!!! Im sure that's illegal and an utter disgrace. We booked the hotel for an indoor pool. We asked the reception how we use it, she said it was off limits, full. i think we saw two people in the whole hotel!! To top it off, the shower was an absolute shocker, you have to run the water FOR 20 MINUTES, before it gets scalding hot, followed by freezing within 30 seconds.....and then hot again! 20 minutes of water wasted each use. Terrible. Who has 20mins to pre-plan a shower! Our 'breakfast' was a stale roll with slices of kiwi and a miniscule pot of margarine. Their only saving grace is the lovely lady who served us this abomination. For covid times, you'd think hotels would go the extra mile. This was quite the opposite

Nuestra experiencia en éste hotel es en general buena. La ubicación es bastante buena en nada llegas andando al centro. Las instalaciones muy buenas. Una cafetería con precios razonables y dos terrazas con buenas vistas. El spa, pequeñito pero aceptable. ( El agua estaba muy calentita de la piscina de chorros). La habitación y el baño, correctos cama muy cómoda y limpio, aunque nos dieron una primera planta y daba a unos tubos grandes de aire que no era muy bonito. Pedimos cambiar la habitación, pues era una escapada romántica y no eran muy agradables las vistas, pero nos lo negaron, al parecer porque estaba completo. Así que nada que hacer al respecto. El desayuno bastante bueno , pero las cenas correctas, aunque yo para éste tipo de escapadas me lo curraria un poquito más. La zona de piscina muy buena, con césped y tranquila. Muy agradable. Y por último en cuanto al personal, muy majos. Quería hacer una mención especial a una camarera rubia y delgadita, que creo que era de Cáceres que fue muy amable con nosotros. Como resumen diría que es buen hotel y volvería. ( Aunque si nos dieran otra habitación, mucho mejor.

Escogimos este hotel, porque creímos qué reunía las condiciones para pasar una sola noche de camino a Sevilla.. Agradecer a Amalia e Irene su atención y amabilidad al asignarnos una muy buena habitación e información acerca de lugares para visitar y cenar .La ubicación de éste hotel es muy buena, cercana al centro, la habitación con todo lo necesario, cama muy grande, cuarto de baño muy completo, una terraza con vistas espectaculares, y destacar el gesto de cortesía de agua mineral gratuita , café y té. Aire acondicionado magnífico e incluye nevera en la habitación. Limpieza en todo el hotel. Por último debido a la hora de llegada decidimos almorzar en el restaurante del hotel con un menú muy bueno acorde a su precio. Toda esta información quiero qué refleje imparcialidad ante los comentarios leídos por aquellos/as qué tratan de desprestigiar un negocio del cual comen muchas familias. Gracias por vuestra hospitalidad.

Habitación amplia y limpia, baño limpio, cama cómoda. Y ahí acaba lo bueno, último piso en plena ola de calor, nos contaron una milonga de que si al encenderlo el aire acondicionado estaba a menos de 23 grados se bloquearía y solo echaría el aire de la calle, y cuando lo encendimos estaba a 18, así que hemos tenido un ventilador que echaba aire caliente y hacia arriba. Un calor horroroso, noche en blanco. Y del personal de la cafetería ni hablemos, una camarera sirviendo a todo el mundo una tapa con la consumición, a todo el mundo menos a nosotros, y un camarero, paternalista y condescendiente él, tratando a mi mujer como si fuera tontita (que no lo es). Más perdieron ellos, íbamos a haber cenado y desayunado ahí, y ni lo uno ni lo otro. Por supuesto, si volvemos a Hervás, no volveremos a este hotel.

Elegimos la experiencia romántica especial y ha sido una maravilla. Empezando por el personal de recepción muy amable. La habitación correcta, muy limpia, con todo lo necesario, café, infusiones y agua en el mini bar incluidos. La piscina pequeña pero correcta. El SPA genial,super relajante y con buen trato del personal. La cena romántica maravillosa, con plato muy ricos y la camarera super simpática y amable. El desayuno también correcto, todo muy limpio y organizado y con opciones para todos los gustos, una vez más el personal muy amable. Para finalizar el paseo a caballo ha sido maravilloso, muy amable y atento el guía.
