Both rooms have a smart TV and one room has an Xbox . Middle (2nd) floor has one king bedroom, one full bathroom, laundry room, living room & full Kitchen. Kitchen has seating for at the counter and a full size huge table with 2 benches and 4 chairs. Middle floor has its own deck overlooking the ocean with 2 chairs on the patio and a couch. Large TV Top floor has 2 master suites with king beds in both, private balconies on each side and your own mini fridge/bar/sink area complete with your own large shower and bathroom. There are 2 washer/dryers in the house, 2 dishwashers, LARGE refrigerator, 2 car garage large balconies overlooking the ocean. Top notch furniture, great layout . There are flat screen TV's in every bedroom and a large flat screen in the living room and one outdoor on the pool deck. This house is perfect for a family/friends getaway. The second floor deck has plenty of seating, along with the first floor outdoor bar area, pool area, grill, an outdoor bathroom/shower area and plenty of beach chairs to use.
