Enjoy your morning coffee and a pool view from the enclosed/screened-in balcony. You will feel like you have entered a private resort when you drive through the gates. Lush plants, beautiful lagoons, and walking paths can be found throughout the entire property. A private beach access is just steps from our property. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets and granite counters. The living and dining room have ample seating for more than 5 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed & a flat screen TV. The enclosed upstairs bedroom has 1 Full bed + bunkbeds with twin mattresses + a flat screen TV. Our rental has one reserved parking spot along with multiple guest spots for additional vehicles within steps of the front door. Let us know if additional vehicles will be on site so we can request proper vehicle passes for you during your stay.
