Excellent facilities. Very clean! Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Quiet in the hotel. Had comfortable bed which meant a good nights sleep. Everything you need was in the room such as extra pillows. Would highly recommend a stay!

A helpful Receptionist but that was the highlight. It's main selling point is that it is nearer the Crematorium the the Central but it was £20 more expensive. We made the mistake of getting the Meal Deal which is usually fine. You eat at the Stanhope Arms which adjoins it. Wednesday night is Quiz Night so the dining room is taken my the quizzers. Our table was in the bar next to a noisy pool table. The food took ages and all three dishes were very overcooked. Breakfast was OK but some items had been cooked somewhat earlier. If Premier Inn offer their meal deal at the Stanhope then they should ensure that the meal is up to their usual standard.

Handy location for my work. Michelle was not only stunning but a perfect member of staff. Really friendly and very welcoming, we had good laugh. Room was massive and very comfortable. Although by the road it was amazingly quiet. Loads of parking g and charging facilities.

This is one of the most friendliest Premier Inns we have stayed in. Michelle is a star and nothing is too much trouble. Sat nav gets you straight here and it’s free parking, remember to put it in the computer in reception. Highly recommend! Will be returning in a few weeks

Great welcome as you normally expect from the staff. Clean tidy room. Great food next-door at the pub broughtbas part of a package with the meal deal when booked the room Would recommend anyone staying in Swadlincote or burton Michelle on reception was their for any questions about the local area.

Another 5* stay. Comfy bed and accessible room. Engaged with Michelle at reception once again, and she was lovely. Supported us to try and work where to stay when they are fully booked at the time of our next stay and visit in June 2025. Breakfast was delicious.
