Staff were more than helpful, very friendly , The room was smart, clean and it HAD A BATHTUB which was amazing! Only an extra £5 to add on the gym and pool pass , which we didn't end up using but it was a bargain .

We booked in very last minute after deciding to extend our Easter break away to visit. The hotel was very very reasonably priced and the kids loved the addition of the pool.
The rooms are a little dated but they were clean and large enough for one night which is all we needed.
The onsite restaurant was great and the Sunday dinners, WOW! The kids meals are really good portions too and came with icecream so we had happy campers!
An 11am checkout was perfect for a slower start to the day and the breakfast (we paid for it at the hotel as it was cheaper) was buffet style and had a good variety to choose from.
The staff were really helpful, I couldn’t fault them and the little Easter hunt with Easter eggs for prizes was great whilst we waited for check in as we had arrived early.
Overall very happy and would recommend.

Breakfast was not very good. Bacon and sausages were not as good as Premier Inn does. The coffee tasted bad too.

Where to start, self check in which was a bit of a faff, cards not processing, had to have a member of staff at last to check me in.
On my way to my room, the decor, paint etc we’re looking very dated and needed a revamp to say the least, got to my room ordered my meal through their app to turn up at 1830, knock on the door at 1730, room service, I turned him away to give me chance to have a shower, that is my next issue, got in the shower, wasn’t working and the bath would have taken a lifetime to fill,went down to reception to ask for another room, only one room left, I declined the guy on reception was not interested at all, I went back to my room for the night, I made a complaint through their app, but nobody came.
The next morning a hotel staff greeted me at breakfast and after telling my issues she apologised and offered me a free stay in the future, which I accepted I gave her my email for the confirmation of this free night, guess what, STILL WAITING

A lovely posh hotel on the edge of the city, iy has a lovely pool downstairs and a starbucks on site with friendly staff, upper class but I'd happily stay with Village again

No sockets in the room apart from at the table so nowhere to charge phone during the night.
Breakfast was pretty average, no choice in the continental.
Generally don’t like fitness and spa open to public in hotels. Seemed extremely busy with people just walking and out the hotel.

Excellent hotel, stayed here many times and held functions here. Staff were great, premises were great, breakfast wasn’t as good as previously. Will stay here again
