Welcome to our farm! Weather you are looking for a quiet weekend in the country or need a place to stay while in the area for an Aggie game we are what you are looking for. We are located 15miles from College Station and Texas A&M University. If you are looking to explore the area check out Downtown Caldwell, Brenham, Chappell Hill for shopping, antiques, and great restaurants all within a 30 min drive. The house sits on 200 acres with ponds to fish (catch and release) and plenty of room to roam. It is a working ranch with cattle and donkeys that love company. Enjoy a cup of coffee while sitting on the back porch kick back and relax. The kitchen is fully stocked with a regular coffee maker and a keurig. There are 4 bedrooms: Master (1 King) with an on suit, Bedroom 2 has (1 Queen); Bedroom 3 has (1 Queen); Bedroom 4 (2 Queens).About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Fishing is permitted but is catch and release only.Do not feed the livestock,Do not drive through or open any gates that lead to the pasture.
