The AC Hotel in Burgos had an excellent central location. The front desk staff were friendly and professional and switched on. The room assigned was large and with plenty of light, clean with all that was needed. There was an issue but the rating was not impacted and that related to air-conditioning. In May (one assumes through summer) the A/C has no heating and as Burgos can be quite cold ( 5-8 degrees over-night) we frankly froze. An extra blanket helped but not totally. Location and the room compensated.

The hotel has a good location close to the center, but our stay was terrible, firstly because parking on the street is very difficult and the hotel's parking, has terrible access, which is only suitable for small vehicles, due to the tight ramp curve. very uneven. There have been serious problems with several vehicles, but management has not resolved the problem. The beds have worn mattresses that make it difficult to sleep, and the springs make noise at the slightest movement. The member rate I paid was higher due to the garage that I ended up not using. Disappointed with this Marriot.

Very Nice hotel in a great location. As normal, the rooms are modern,clean and comfortable. The welcome was friendly and the general atmosphere was very calm and peaceful. We ate in the restaurant as it was a Monday and most other places were shut. What we like about AC Hotels is that the menus always differ from location to location and the food here was very tasty. One note of caution is that be very very careful if you are parking you car in the underground car park - it's tight going down the ramp

It is a lovely hotel next to The Cathedral. Staff was helpful and kind! Food is ok, beds ok, but pillows were better than Novatel in Clermont-Ferrand. If you are driving, and it's a combi/wagon, it is tight getting into the parking garage. MB 300E made for a nerve-wracking experience.

Exceptional location, entrancing view from our room, beautiful hotel exterior and interior, well-appointed, spacious and comfortable room, engaging staff, excellent service, delicious meals! Need I say more? We just loved our stay and we all long to go back!

We stayed here for one night in sept. 2022. We would love to recommend this hotel. The location is excellent for walking through the city. There is a parking garage at the hotel. They warned us because the entrance is very narrow, but all was well. The room is spacious, very modern. Hotel is clean and modern, absolute loved it. Breakfast was included en was very well provided.

Only 100 meters to the Cathedral and the nice old town make this a perfect stop-over accommodation. Rooms are clean and modern. Only downside may be the very narrow garage if you come by car, but otherwise all is okay. The small gym is potentially hot in the midday sun, but can be used in the morning. The breakfast is good but not great

This was my favorite hotel amongst the three I stayed in in northern Spain.. For one, it's location is perfect. At the foot of the renowned Burgos Cathedral, close to limitless shopping and eating, on the river.. You can't beat it. Second, the staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help, whether it was making a phone call in Spanish for me or answering questions. I really appreciated their kindness. Third, it was the little things. Treats were always available in the lobby, the room had a kettle for tea.. It was the nicest of the brand for me. Thank you for a great couple of days of rest. I enjoyed this hotel immensely.

Beautiful Hotel/Perfect Location! Steps away from the famed Burgos Cathedral and the promenade, this hotel is so convenient with on-site parking, friendly staff, and beautifully designed rooms. What’s not to love? The food was food in the onsite lounge. Contemporary decor

Wonderful kind and professional receptionist - she was so welcoming. Room was lovely although air con not great. About the parking… next time we will find on street parking. Great location in the city centre and handy cafe style bar on ground floor.

This is a good functional hotel. Our Junior Suite was a very good size and clean, though was on the edge of needing an overhaul. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and plentiful. The stand out plus is its excellent central location, a few yards from the Cathedral etc. Parking was a very useful to us, but it is tight. We just got our Škoda Superb down, with a bit of reversing, but getting it out was easier. If I’d walked down first I would have been prepared for the tight left hand bend which was invisible when starting out! Was 2 hours from Bilbao, so we’ll be staying here again.
