Excellent business stopover, although the Premier Inn is dated, the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The meal deal food although the same as majority PI's was probably the best I'd had at a Premier Inn. I would highly recommend a stay here.

We had a lovely stay at Premier Inn Burgess Hill, with a quiet room and the facilities you need when staying with two young toddlers. The staff at breakfast really made the difference though, going above and beyond to help us with anything we could need, anticipating what that would be without us needing to ask, and being super friendly to our children.

Great stay and lovely clean room. The guy on reception was very friendly and efficient and was working really hard on the bar later too. All the staff were great here and looked after us really well. They were all working very hard and very professional. Thanks!

I've been staying here twice a week for the past few months for work purposes and I have to say it's one of the more friendly locations I've stayed in. The rooms are clean and temperature controlled via a in room dial. The rooms are a little tired if your gonna pic around the edges but honestly it's not a issue I've come across and the prem+ rooms when I've used them are fantastic, well equipped and VERY comfortable definitely worth the upgrade. Regarding issues I've ever had any have been rectified swiftly by the staff on shift and to a satisfactory conclusion. Now the staff, I cannot complain at all BUT two stand out by far..... Shannon & Zac! Absolute superstars these two friendly welcoming faces regularly make my nights away from my family back in Yorkshire so much more easy to the point they now know me by name and what I am likely to order for food. They honestly do go above and beyond and surely have to be inline for some kind of promotion. Would I stay here if I was paying from my own pocket ABSOLUTELY YES! also Gatwick being only 30min away is another bonus.

Clean, beds comfortable, Great parking and not far from Brighton. Station around 20mins by foot, Tesco 2mins by foot. Staff friendly and very helpful. Let Down by room Temperature. Our Windows were sealed shut and the air conditioning was giving out only a very faint blow that did nothing. The room temp stayed between 22-24 all night long even with Air con on and a fan blowing. Very uncomfortable night and felt slightly sick in morning and it's not even summer yet!
