One of the best stays I've experienced in my 12 years of travel history.Jugendherberge Schloss Burgdorf Hostel offers a unique experience, being an old castle turned into a beautiful hostel. The location is simply awesome. However, I made a silly mistake by not calling ahead to confirm my check-in time and ended up spending a night outside in the chilly weather because the reception was closed. Thankfully, a staff member arrived the next morning at 7:00 AM and I was able to check in. The breakfast provided is good, and the cleanliness and service are both commendable. The climb from the train station takes about 20 minutes, but it's well worth it for the incredible setting. Overall, despite my mishap, this is one of the best hostels in Switzerland and I highly recommend it.

very modern youth hostel in a old castle. Great and cozy common areas and excellent breakfast.

時隔6年，再一次回到這家schlasso酒店，很有記憶的感覺！ 酒店已經在疫情期間完全翻修了一遍，結合古堡做成了一個文旅項目，結合博物館、酒店、餐飲、休閑、婚禮場地於一體。

交通方便，飯店就是歷史建築，可以免費參觀博物館，視野也很好，早餐豐盛。

Empfang, Bedienung und Zimmer, alles Top. Wirklich nette Leute am Empfang, die auch an unserer kleinen Dackeldame sehr Freude hatten. Auch das Restaurant ist empfehlenswert, vor allem die à la Carte zum Nachtessen in Super Qualität zu fairen Preisen.

Super Unterkunft. Von A-Z hat alles geklappt. Eine tolle Unterkunft mit Kindern. Am Abend war es ab 22.00 uhr sehr ruhig im Hof und auch mit offenen Fenstern lässt es sich so gut schlafen. Das Frühstück war zum Geniessen in einem schönen Saal. Allgemein ist diese Jugendherberge wunderschön eingerichtet. Das Museum ist top und mit Kindern sehr gut machbar. Es gibt ein Rätselspass, basteln, Truhen öffnen, Schatzkisten und vieles mehr. Es lohnt sich dieses Museum zu besuchen. Diese Unterkunft ist nur zum Empfehlen

Wir waren Silvester im Schloss Burgdorf. Sehr schön schloss /Burg Unser zimmer im 2 Stockwerke mit Lift erreichbar was sehr gut. Im gang hatte es ein Kühlschrank zur Mitbenutzung. Wir hatten 2 Personen zimmer mit bad. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour dans cette auberge de jeunesse assez luxueuse. Le cadre du château de Burgdorf est superbe et la vue depuis notre chambre double était impressionnante. La chambre était très confortable, propre et équipée d'air conditionné. Le personnel s'est montré très attentif et sympathique et le buffet du petit déjeuner est tout à fait honnête. Nous avons notamment apprécié de pouvoir mettre nos vélos dans un local sécurisé. Nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir.
