We stayed at this hotel in April this yea, booked two rooms. We arrived to the hotel slightly late around 8:30pm. At reception the staff was on video call with someone and did not show any particular interest towards us. We were just handed over keys. We requested if we can have two rooms together or in a same floor but we were told all the rooms were already allocated and our one room was on ground floor and another was on top floor, so he could not change. Our night was badly affected by a noisy guest on top floor. All night they were making lots of noise, slamming the door and also squeaky floor did not help at all. Plus points are: 1. Free Car Park, 2. Starbucks on doorsteps, 3. Nice area, nice scenic places.

Stayed to attend a wedding locally. Staff were very friendly, Sheryl was instrumental the following morning in helping us secure a taxi back to our car (not easily done in a rural area). Local knowledge was vital. Great experience.

Receptionist - Gurdeep - gave a very friendly and efficient welcome. Generally OK, but has an overall feel that it needs a refurbishment, compared to other Travelodge that I have stayed in.

Nice welcoming Staff. Good location to Burford Town. Easy access and good facilities. Great parking also.

Ideal for a visit to Clarkson’s pub up the road! Right next to Starbucks and walking distance to beautiful Burford shops and restaurants. Hotel smelt nice and staff very attentive.

Staff were lovely, the man on reception was friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was clean, had what we wanted definitely great for the price. Starbucks next door and we had a lovely pub meal across the street in Prince of Burford. I’d definitely recommend going to this hotel!

Very clean room, comfortable bed. Room was very spacious and had everything I needed. Ted at Reception was very friendly ans helpful with everything we needed and all the staff seemed to have great knowledge of the local area. Will stay again!
