Nice area and nice front desk but filled with cockroaches you can see them all night throughout the whole room

Everything was very good,except it doesn’t have a airport transport and this was the reason I booked this hotel. Being that it’s so close to the airport you would think it would have at lease one or two trips to the airport.

住了3個月心得,泳池 健身房 設施都有,前台提供早餐.麪包雞蛋,熱水,咖啡 整體環境可以,能滿足大部分要求.出行也方便.

The carpet was ripped and the nails coming out

I did not like that there was no shampoo in the room and you had to ask the front desk for it. I did not like that by the time I got downstairs for their complementary breakfast in the morning, there was no food left. Also, I did not like that there was no hot water in the shower.

The staff was ok. But the property itself was very very poor. Me and my fiancé were visiting from NorCal for her birthday. The beds were very thin, the other rooms were very very noisy throughout the night (one person called the cops!), and there was roaches spotted in varies area of the hotel. I can honestly say that I will never return back to this hotel. Definitely would want a refund for this horrible experience.

The hotel has a stagnant mikdew smell in the hallways. We stayed in rooms 402 and 404. 404 was fine although we were only provided 2 towels for 4 people.
402 smelled like cat urine and we tried use an air freshener thay we went to buy from the Target within walking distance. The air freshener did not help and the covering individual at the front desk just said there were no other rooms available.
I would not call the individually packaged blueberry muffins and Nutrigrain bars an "included breakfast." The person who checked us in also said they did not have oatmeal any longer which they, apparently, used to provide.
Overall poor experience, especially for the price.
