We understand the frustration caused by power cuts, especially during the hot summer months. The frequent outages are due to high demand on the main power supply, though we do have a backup generator to mitigate these issues. We regret that the power cuts impacted your comfort, and we will look into ways to improve this situation for our guests. Regarding the increase in drink prices, this is due to high demand during summer season and the fact that Malta is an island where many goods are imported, prices can fluctuate. We strive to keep our pricing fair and consistent, and we appreciate your understanding of the factors affecting costs. We also apologize for the issues with the mattresses, shower drainage, and the unpleasant smell. We understand how frustrating it must have been to find two single beds instead of the double bed as your bed preference but we encourage you to approach our reception team. If there is availability, we will do our best to accommodate your request for a room change. However, please note that the hotel is currently at full occupancy, which may limit our options. The problem with the shower drainage and the sewage smell are concerning, and we will investigate these issues thoroughly to prevent them from recurring. On the other hand we appreciate your positive remarks about the cleanliness of our facilities and the helpfulness of our staff.
