Tarona Guesthouse

I slept in the hotel for an additional fee - 62 euros due to lack of interest from e-sky and samege of the owner of the "hotel". Traveling on a delayed plane, forget about accommodation after a delay in arrival. Cold at night and the action of turning off the heating by the air conditioning. I do not recommend

I booked tarona guesthouse for 2 nights. First night i arrived late. There was instructions left for me how to enter. There was cock roches running around the room. The room was small. No bottle drinking water. The common kitchen area shared with other guest the power was switched off so you could not make tea. The main light would not turn on. The fridge smelled disguesting as it was pluged out. Dishes all over the counter. I stayed one night. Left early the next evening. The lady took 2 night stay ftom my credit card. I sent her a number of messege looking for a refund for the second night as i did not stay. I also had receipts . She never contacted me. If this place was investigated by the health authority it would be shut down.

Check-in was very easy: room key and info left on the reception table. I was sent a code via email in advance to access the building during out-of-hours. We got a clean and tidy room with one single and one large double bed. Bed was very comfy. Lots of storage space and towels. No hooks anywhere to hang up towels, only a small, low coat hook thing. The lights were a little cold and dim but it didn't bother us. There was an internal window with a light always on on the other side and no curtains. It was a bit annoying when trying to sleep. The walls and door were a bit thin, so you could hear people in the hallway easily so in that sense privacy felt a bit affected. Was pleased to have an ensuite bathroom with walls, as past reviews said some bathrooms just had a curtain. I assume they finished construction since. The bathroom was clean, with hand soap and hot water from shower, but wasn't perfect in construction (normal for Malta). This was evident because there wasn't enough legroom to sit on the toilet as your legs hit the wall. Had to sit at an angle. Some shower fixtures were loose and the shower head couldn't be adjusted without it falling. The water pumps were very loud every time you use water. You could also hear them from other rooms in the night. There was a kettle but it didn't work properly on arrival. We failed to mention this during our short stay but informed Aaron at check-out and he seemed proactive to sort out the issue. There was also a mini fridge which was useful, and instant coffee, cups and glasses with a bottle of still water (that was very nice!). Free wifi was ok but patchy at times. This place was definitely good enough for what we needed, affordable (through ***********) with a good location. I would stay again and recommend to a friend!

This was one of the worst places I've ever stayed. I had two nights booked and had to forfeit a night's payment in order to find a place where I could get more sleep. Tiny, dingy room, uncomfortable mattress, thin doors that don't close well, and partiers slamming them at two a.m.

Nulla da ridire, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo offre una posizione perfetta è a pochi metri dal lungomare di Bugibba(spiagge comprese)e dal centro cittadino è anche vicino alle fermate bus che portano sia al nord che al sud di Malta(località della movida comprese). Inoltre a pochi passi c è un supermarket aperto 24 h. È adatto a chi non ha pretese e sa apprezzare i servizi basici di una struttura che con un prezzo modico soddisfa tutte le esigenze. Camera equipaggiata di aria condizionata, letto comodo e bagno interno alla camera delimitato da un separè in plastica che funge da parete. Lo consiglio a giovani, coppie e tutt* coloro che desiderano soggiornare non necessariamente in luoghi estremamente caotici, in Tarona si puó dormire tranquillamente e godere allo stesso tempo della frenetica movida maltese in meno di 14-17 minuti con bus o servizi Bolt.

Muy buen lugar para descansar después de una jornada de turisteo, precio económico. Gran variedad de restaurantes alrededor y poder echarte una cerveza. La habitación muy limpia y la ducha con buena presión.
